Great campus. Knowledgeable experts. I'm so glad I went for this course, even if it was quite short. I have come out with super-exclusive knowledge which I know will help me ramp up my business model!

Course Curriculum Overview

This program is 6 weeks long and the classes take place either on Saturday and Sunday or just a long stretch on Sunday. This program is aimed at making it easier for entrepreneurs to deal with international businesses.

Placement Experience

This course is mainly for entrepreneurs who want to go international. But apart from that also, among the companies that recruit regularly from the institute are Zeppelin Systems, Concept Medical and HDFC Bank.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Considering the fact that this program is only 6 weeks long, the fee of Rs 29,500 does seem a little steep. But the thing is, this is a highly professional course which shares deep knowledge regarding import-export, so it justifies the price.

Campus Life

Since this is not a regular course or college, no such plans of extra-curricular activities are there. However, in the 6 weeks I spent there, students from all parts of the country and across the age groups of 19 to 40 interacted well.

Admission

The program for Import and Export Management is for both undergraduates and graduates. You need to have passed at least your 10+2 to apply for it. You need to apply for it online and you will be informed of course details.

Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.
