Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was student-friendly and easy to understand. The first year course was particularly very easy as we had already studied a large part of it in 12th. Exam structure included final semester-end exams and internal tests.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities were really good and lucrative after graduating. We all got respected job positions and wealthy packages. We didn't get any internships while studying, and campus placement did not happen.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was quite feasible, and did not put a burden on the family's income. The yearly fees of my fees came to around ?1,200, thus, the total cost of my graduation was ?3,800. Almost all of us could afford it.

Campus Life

There were grounds for us to play in. We used to have team matches with other classes. It was important for us to indulge in sports and extracurricular activities to let some stress out caused by studies.

Admission

The selection procedure included interview after getting into the merit list. I applied here for B.Sc. in Zoology. After a few weeks, the merit list was out, then I had to appear for an interview, and finally got selected.

Faculty

The faculty were understanding of our opinions and arguments about some topic and respected our views. They were qualified, and appreciated our effort. They would often gently break to us that we were wrong and explain the reasoning behind it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Nothing influenced me yet i just have to go for it because of my graduation . Yes they prepare you good enogh for the rat race you are gonna do in coming future . The curriculam is a joke they will put information today and you have to get today only . I would suggest some of the rules and regulations should be maintained by the staffs and students even with teachers. Exams should in such manner no student can atleast face problems regarding admit cards and can cheat . there is no difficulty in in mid one but final one .

My story

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Com curriculum at LNMU around 7.5/10 for relevance and coverage. I chose this course because it included all the important commerce subjects needed for government exams, higher studies like MBA, and basic professional courses. The syllabus builds a good theoretical foundation, but it lacks practical exposure like Tally, GST or real industry projects. Teaching methods are simple and could be improved with more modern, interactive approaches. Exams are held twice a year and follow predictable patterns, so the difficulty level is moderate. With notes and regular study, most students clear them easily.
