Course Curriculum Overview

Well, the course curriculum in terms of theoretical concepts are very good but the quantitative part is somewhat less than it should be. Overall, we didn't find the course to be very hectic as such. It was manageable.

Placement Experience

Neither internships nor placements happen in our course at least. We look for internships on our own. Most of us after completing Bachelors went on to pursue Masters in the same subject. Very few start working as job prospects aren't great.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Rs 1,150 was the annual fees that we paid. The gross total was approximately Rs 3500 for the three year course that I pursued. This fees even if compared to some of the best universities in India is much affordable.

Campus Life

The students almost all hailing from Bihar, all of us were very hard-working in nature and tried to participate in the activities especially public speaking events. These helped us to overcome our shortcomings.

Admission

I had applied for my course and on the basis of my score in class 12th examination, I was selected for this course. The college is one of the oldest in whole Bohar and has a name, that's why I opted for this college.

As I mentioned, the college has a legacy being one of the oldest ones in Bihar, the teachers carry that forward and are very supportive in terms of solving student's queries and other doubts. Faculty is good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Nothing influenced me yet i just have to go for it because of my graduation . Yes they prepare you good enogh for the rat race you are gonna do in coming future . The curriculam is a joke they will put information today and you have to get today only . I would suggest some of the rules and regulations should be maintained by the staffs and students even with teachers. Exams should in such manner no student can atleast face problems regarding admit cards and can cheat . there is no difficulty in in mid one but final one .

My story

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Com curriculum at LNMU around 7.5/10 for relevance and coverage. I chose this course because it included all the important commerce subjects needed for government exams, higher studies like MBA, and basic professional courses. The syllabus builds a good theoretical foundation, but it lacks practical exposure like Tally, GST or real industry projects. Teaching methods are simple and could be improved with more modern, interactive approaches. Exams are held twice a year and follow predictable patterns, so the difficulty level is moderate. With notes and regular study, most students clear them easily.
