Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus for the BBA is designed perceptually which would help students to gain important knowledge regarding subjects such as management and finance that would be necessary in the future. Apart from that viva and assignments are conducted regularly.

Placement Experience

In terms of jobs and placements, JRSU provides its students with various opportunities which help students to get placed in a good firm and start their career. Also, the college provides internships to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

JRSU is a government-affiliated company and due to which the fee for the course is very low and affordable. The total fee for BBA costs around Rs 45,000 for the 3-year course which is very cheap compared to other colleges.

Campus Life

In terms of extracurricular activities, the college provides students with various amenities that help them in their work and their college life. Apart from that campus has a big library, sports complex, medical facilities, etc for students.

Admission

I got my admission to JRSU through the merit list provided by the university. Firstly I applied to the university by filling the admission form with details. After that, I got inducted in the merit list and visited campus to submit my documents.

I commend the faculty members of our college as they are very kind and helpful and try to solve the problems of students. In terms of teaching, they provide students with real-life examples and case studies.

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

Name of the some of the companies visited this year are JSW STEEL, TATA STEEL, TATA POWER, Larsen and Toubro , etc. They provided on average of 15-20 offers for students . Average package was 5lpa and highest being 10lpa for student who got placed in TATA STEEL. They are offered jobs as site Junior Engineer. About 50% students got placed. Course Curriculum Overview:

From the beginning of my 11th and 12th standard I'm very fond of Physics and mathematics that's why I choose to persue honours in physics and also there are more opportunities and jobs after bsc in physics compared to other streams. In bokaro steel city college the faculty: student ratio is not that great(1 per 250 students) as it is managed by state government. The qualification of teachers is above average (Almost every teacher has a P.hd) but the quality of teaching is not that great. Teachers often miss there classes and there way of teaching is very boring. On usual exams are taken in a interval of 6 to 8 months. But due to covid situation the exams got very much delayed l mean upto 10 to 12months. If you can complete the syllabus just by having few glances of the topics and follow the previous year question its quite easy to pass the examination by securing good marks. But most of the students always fail (almost 50% every semester).

Bigger with smaller.

Firstly i have filled the form offline through gmail process and by giving cuet and after that the provisional merit list came out and i went to college. After that a small interview was taken and till evening the admission process was completed who passed in the interview and final merit list was declared. Application fees was 450. There should be some improvements in admission process of the notifications we do not get notifications soon as the site is not being operated properly regularly....Read More
