Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is not at all hectic and both practical and theory knowledge is given to us. We also had to show our weekly progress to our teachers in the form of dance and learn all the rags as well.

There are a lot of internship opportunities that are offered to the students within the college. The stipend is given every month but it depends on the student's progress report that whether they'll continue with the internship or not.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The first year fees is Rs 2010 for the BA course which is quite affordable for everyone. Those who really want to save money but at the same time get a lot of exposure can try out this option, you won't be disappointed!

Campus Life

There are various events which keep on happening from freshers to Farewell. Dancing was obviously a part of such events and students also organized most of the events themselves to further hone their skills.

Admission

For all the courses, admission is based on the entrance test that is conducted and after that there is a round if interview as well. Most people follow dance only as a passion but I wanted it to pursue professionally.

Faculty

The teachers in the kathak Mandal were absolutely amazing and they were highly qualified and experienced. They taught us in a very loving way and I'm glad to still have a great bond with them till today.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Placement are not the best. But EY , federal bank, TCS are some the prominent companies that are coming. The negative thing about placement is most of them are offering marking jobs. So if you are someone who is interested in operations this is not the collage you want to in.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
