Remarks

Despite being established in 2017, the college provides enormous opportunities to its students be it placement, internship or any co-curricular activities related. The infrastructure, faculty and social life of the college is pretty amazing and worth every penny and I am so glad to have taken admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is defined and has been compressed so that it is very concise and easy to understand for the students. The duration of the course is 3 years and it is further divided into six semesters in which we have to take up our exams and perform practical.

Placement Experience

Some of the companies visiting the campus regularly for placements are Infosys, TCS, Byju?, Amazon, HFFC, Flipkart, Zensar and many more. In 2019, almost 400 students were placed and the highest package went up to Rs.12 lakhs per annum. Thus, the opportunities provided by the college are humongous.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for BCA course from Sandip University is Rs. 1.30 lakhs every year making a sum total of Rs. 3.91 lakhs for a course duration of 3 years which is very reasonable compared to any other college providing the same course. Looking at the facilities and the opportunities provided the fees is very minimal and definitely worth it.

Campus Life

The social life at our college is worth witnessing. The college is very famous for its hang-out spots, cafeteria and sports complex. A number of students are involved in sports and have made the college proud by bagging positions in various events of other universities. The college has a very pleasant vibe which is very comforting for all the students.

Admission

I took admission in Sandip University, Bihar for Bachelor of Computer Applications. The eligibility criteria to get into this university for this course is to have more than 50% marks in science in 10+2 and it is mandatory to have studied mathematics till class 12th. One can apply in the university online or offline by visiting the campus.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is very helpful. The administration staff is also very cooperative in easing students day to day tasks. The teachers are extremely supportive and intellectual and have grip over the subjects they are teaching. They are extremely punctual when it comes to taking classes and lab sessions.

The students of last movement of 6th semester or almost 7 semester are eligible for campus placement. Many reputed companies have visited the college for campus placement, recently The MRF tyres have visited. They have no of openings but they have their own selection process like written test, Personal Interview, Group Discussion. They select the students on these basis. The highest package was 10 LPA offered by JSW steel pvt ltd, and the average package is 5 LPA . Almost 30 to 40 percent of students got placed before their degree completion. Most of the companies offered Graduate Engineer Trainee Post.

For placement there is seperate Building, that place and cell . From 3rd year of college everyone can apply for placement. For IT many companies visiting like Wipro , TCS, and may more . But for Civil Engineering there is lack of opportunities for getting placed .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members are very cooperative as per my experience. They were nice and helped me alot in a lot of procedure and doubts. They are well qualified, ph.d in their respective fields/subject they were teaching. The teaching methods were quite good. I mean if student who read books/ do self study and who concentrate in what they saying can easily understand it. Although it was distance learning college they take classes before the examination. Exams were always took on time but because of corona the schedule was Disturbed. But now it's fine. Difficulty level of exam is quite similar to any other universities. If you study well you'll pass. But I never seen any student got 90% or above atleast not from my commerce stream.
