Very good institute.

The course curriculum was very interesting and useful. The duration of the course is three years. The curriculum was designed to accommodate the broad nature of research in developmental biology. It provides a thorough understanding of the scientific fundamental and methodologies of contemporary developmental biology. The curriculum includes Thesis work, field work, learning.

Placement was very average in our institute. But the institute organizes many training and career guidance sessions for us to develop our personalities. After qualifying my ph.d course, i got a job in a pharmaceutical company. Many job opportunities are there in the field of Teaching, Medical, Bio-technology, pharmaceutical industries, Government agencies etc.

As to the demand of the course, the fees structure was very good. The total fees of the course will come around 2,00000 lakh rupees. My hostel fees was not included in the total fees. The fees was not at all expensive.

The institute organizes many extracurricular activities that enrich cultural, physical, mental and social life of the students. Various activities like drama, debate, quiz, extempore speech, writing competition, painting competition are organized which help us to develop our talents and skills.

Yes, i opted for hostel accommodation. The facilities provided by the hostel was very good. The rooms of the hostel was well furnished with double /triple bed, wardrobes, study table. The hostel provides very delicious and hygienic food. The warden of the hostel was very friendly with all the students and helps us a lot.

I got admission in this institute after completing my master degree and clearing my entrance examination. The minimum eligibility was 60 percent of marks in Master degree from science stream in Developmental science. Students after clearing their CSIR /UGC JRF or NET/GATE are eligible to get admission.

All the faculties of our institute obtained doctorate degree. They have more than 10 years experience in their respective subjects. They are very talented professors. They focuses mainly in the quality education of the students.
