Course Curriculum Overview

It is a fiveth year course structure which focuses a lot on the the research and development. Exam pattern is usual but what's different is in the course as not many universities offer such diverse courses.

Placement Experience

In 2017, almost 10 companies visited the college and 60% of the batch got recruited. The average salary package was Rs 5 Lakh while the Highest salary package was Rs 8 Lakhs. Pharma and medicine associated companies usually visit.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for the first year is Rs 1,05,000 and I think not everyone can afford it. University grants loan but still it is quite expensive in comparison to the other universities. There is a scope of improvement in this arena.

Campus Life

There are various workshops, seminars and reputed people visit the college and give their useful insights. When I was in college, we had a suggestion box as well to make everyone express their thoughts.

Admission

For the undergraduate courses, proper entrance exam is conducted called NEET- UG and after that counseling session is alos followed. When my rank was eligible, I had to apply for the counseling sessions as well.

The faculty members are quite experienced and have a diverse knowledge in this field. They try to teach us beyond our course and I think that is what makes our sessions even more interesting. They follow a strict pattern too.

Chandigarh University - A Wise Choice

Placement Experience:

There are a multitude of oppurtunities in placements at CU , you become eligible at around 5-6th Semester ( it varies ) All major companies like amazon , godaddy , Deloitte , Wipro , Microsoft and 1000+ more companies visit the campus resulting into a staggering 8000+ offers recieved by students of the University Highest package in my current session of placement is 41 LPA by Godaddy and average is somewhere around 6-7LPA , there are a multitude of post offered from Software engineer to developer , database management , buisness analyst , data analyst etc Placement percentage is a really variable factor but more than 50% of students surely gets placed for the bare minimum. My personal plans after the degree is to either get a decent paying job or pursue higher education which highly depends on future scenario.

Only skilled or quality are able to get placed. Usually onwards 6th or 7 th semester, students can be eligible depending on the performances. I can do a job if I like to work there. If not, I will do more internships to get hands on experience.

A honest review

Placement Experience:

There are placements drives being held in the campus but not for the physiotherapy field. But still they do help students to focus on building employability skills through compulsory internships , project works and hospital or clinical tie ups. Many students build strong resumes via internships, research projects, and online certification (Coursera, linkedin),etc. After completing the course I am planning for persuing masters in this field.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really great of our college as its avg pakage is of 11 lac from computer related branches. Girls are eligible in second year for inters and for boys its generally from 3rd year because of the reservations.
