Remarks
It is undoubtedly one of the best colleges at Jharkhand. It provides good academics, extra-curricular activities and job opportunity. Transportation facility is also provided to the students. The library is 2 km apart from the university but it? easy for student to aces the library via free bus transportation. The fee structure is also minimal keeping in mind the education of all the youth of the rural area of Jharkhand. They also have tie up with multi-national companies which provide us good placement and internship.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is career oriented with more emphasis on practical classes than theory. It focuses on the basics of all the computer programming languages which help the students to choose for any higher education or certification courses. It aims at providing a basic but detailed knowledge of operating systems, windows, programming language and web designing. I find my course very interesting
Placement Experience
Placement is fine at our university. We are given pre placement training for getting placed in good companies at high position with good pay scale. Our seniors got placed in Banks and IT firms. Our seniors were taken for off campus and on campus are also conducted. I look forward to get placed in a very good company as I aim to go abroad and work. My friends are willing to study further.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is affordable. It is a 3 year course and the fee may be paid in instalment. Each year the fee is around 15K. One may pursue a graduation in less than 50K from a good college with all modern facilities. The fee structure varies for every subjects but all courses fee structure is reasonable. I chose this college mainly because of the low fee.
Campus Life
University administration is urging students to take interest in extracurricular programs and keep them happy and stress-free. Cultural and social activities are conducted that enable students to comprehend the values of their tradition. The university possesses diverse faculty dedicated to student education. We also have an update library, laboratory well equipped and sports equipment?.
Alumni/Alumna
We do not have a very big Alumni network but the alumni we have is very good. They conduct workshops and internships for the pre final year students. They share their career journey to success which motivates us to strive more and get placed in good companies. Our seniors are also very friendly; we take part together in all the cultural activities. It is great fun.
Admission
The applicants applying for B.Sc. computer application need to have passed class 12th with science stream and the mark obtained should be more than 50%. The admission is made based on the merit list formed with the qualifying exam marks. For B.Sc. course, a candidate may apply for two subjects; on getting shortlisted we may select the one we wish to continue with. 5% relaxation in qualifying marks is given for SC/ST students. For application the candidate has to get the form from the admission office or may download online. After getting the form, the candidate has to fill the form with all accurate details and submit to the university with the application fee of INR 500. The shortlisted candidate name will be displayed online as well as in the university. The candidates selected have to go in person to the University for Further Admission Procedure.
Faculty
Our entire faculty are very good with experience in both IT firma and college. Their experience is a help for students as they help us to get in good companies for internships. Exams are conducted after every chapter which helps the lecturer to identify the weak students and special care is taken to educate the students and clear all the topics. This helps in getting 100% result without any backlogs. Our faculty really work a lot for our development.
