Remarks

It is a good college which provides overall experience in the science field. It treats all the students equally. It also provides scholarship to meritorious students. It is a reasonable college and a genuine too.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is for three years with different specialisations. It has six semester pattern and it conducts exam regularly. The course provides extensive knowledge in the field of science and technology.

Placement Experience

The college has a separate placement cell which trains the students. It has good placement prospects and it ensure that maximum of the students gets recruited. It also assists in getting internship at various companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee charged by them is Rs.16,200. It can be paid in three years. First year? amount is 6,200 whereas second and third year costs Rs.5,000. It is feasible and can be afforded easily. One has to not burn his/her pocket for getting a degree.

Campus Life

The lab facility is available and students can carry out their research with full of enthusiasm. It conducts seminars on topics related to technology. It also has playgrounds for playing different sports.

Alumni/Alumna

I like the seniors as they are friendly and helpful. They don? try to trouble us and never use their superiority to rule over us. The alumni network is big and we have not been in contact with them much.

Admission

The application form is to be filled online/offline depending upon your comfort. They give more preference to the students who had physics, chemistry and biology in the 12th standard. It is a simple procedure to get enrolled.

Faculty members are hard working and passionate about teaching new things. They cooperate with the students and gives feedback to them for their improvement in the academics. They have done researches too.

Placement Experience:

IIM Vizag is one of the premier institutes of India, currently ranked 29 in the NIRF ranking. The Institute has a remarkable track record of achieving 100% placements each year. The placement data of IIM Visakhapatnam for the year 2022-23, gives us a glimpse of how nicely this college is trying to provide one of the best placements among the top tier 3, MBA colleges in India. In the last placement year, which starts from the month of September to February of the next year, 100% of students got placed with the highest package of 32.62 lakhs(CTC), with an average package of 16.61 lakhs and a median package of 16 lakhs. The placement process starts in November, both the official placements and some of the students get pre-placement offers(PPO) from the companies where they did summer internships. In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

Everything is so good in our college. There is huge amount of space.Good infrastructure. But faculty is not at all good.They do not have subject knowledge and teaching proficiency. Lab infrastructure is not good.

The eligibility for applying for the course is a minimum of 50% in 12th standard and they are allowing admission from 4 states that are Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamilnadu and rarely from Kerala, The admission process is online and there is no entrance exam and the admission is purely on the basis of how many seats they are offering and there is no application fee and application can be seen in www. Dravidian university.ac. and on the basis of merit, they are accepting applications from the candidates online but after the closing of tentative dates and still seats are not filled they also conduct admission offline.
