Course Curriculum Overview

My college offers so many UG and PG courses, I always wanted to do business management course. I like the course content as it is designed to offer practical knowledge as well besides classroom lectures. We have a week test and monthly test and also mid examination for 3 months and twice for a semester.

Placement Experience

Along with taking care of the placement, my college also organizes special Workshops and seminars for the students so that they can get actively participate in them. Also there are internships is some courses.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure for this college is very feasible. They offered pretty great facilities at such a nominal price. Especially the management assistance was truly impeccable. Being a student from a middle-class family, studying at this fees and that too in such a reputed college is nothing lesser than a dream coming true.

Campus Life

The college also provides various facilities so that the student can enjoy their campus life. The Stadium is large enough for playing Cricket, Hockey and Foot-ball. There are also Tennis, Ball Badminton, Basket Ball and Volley Ball Courts. The Gym is equipped with the latest and sophisticated gadgets to Boys & Girls separately. The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students.

Hostel Facilities

There are many separate Hostels for boys and girls in the college, all the women students are provided with accommodation though there are limited accommodation options for men. All the hostels are fully equipped with Wi-Fi facility besides many other facilities that are provided to the students.

Alumni/Alumna

There is an Anti-Ragging Committee at my university which is established with an aim to stop any or all kind of ragging activity inside the campus. In fact counseling though various committees is provided to the senior students so that they can remain friendly with their juniors

Admission

Application for entrance examination for admission to the various courses can be submitted to the university office. A separate application is required for each course. Candidates are required to submit the prescribed entrance examination fees of INR 350 (for General/ BC Candidates) and INR 250 (for SC/ST/Differently Abled candidates) in the form of Demand Draft (DD) to the university office.

Faculty

My college hires the best teachers and professors so that the students can gain knowledge under their guidance. Some guest lectures are also arranged by some famous and established entrepreneurs. I am completely satisfied with the level of education I am getting here and hoping best for me in the future.

Good college with proper management

Placement Experience:

The placments are not good for this collges because it doesnt have any better managment for placments. from 7th semester majot placments starts. the companies visited are HCL,TCS, infosys,flipkart and so on. The highest pachage i heared is 5 lakhs and lowest is 2.5 LPA the percentage of students are getting placed is less due to lack of skills.My plan is to secure job from good company.

IIM Vizag is one of the premier institutes of India, currently ranked 29 in the NIRF ranking. The Institute has a remarkable track record of achieving 100% placements each year. The placement data of IIM Visakhapatnam for the year 2022-23, gives us a glimpse of how nicely this college is trying to provide one of the best placements among the top tier 3, MBA colleges in India. In the last placement year, which starts from the month of September to February of the next year, 100% of students got placed with the highest package of 32.62 lakhs(CTC), with an average package of 16.61 lakhs and a median package of 16 lakhs. In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

Everything is so good in our college. There is huge amount of space.Good infrastructure. But faculty is not at all good.They do not have subject knowledge and teaching proficiency. Lab infrastructure is not good.

A Reasonable Review on Dravidian university

The eligibility for applying for the course is a minimum of 50% in 12th standard and they are allowing admission from 4 states that are Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamilnadu and rarely from Kerala, The admission process is online and there is no entrance exam and the admission is purely on the basis of how many seats they are offering and there is no application fee and application can be seen in www. Dravidian university.ac. and on the basis of merit, they are accepting applications from the candidates online but after the closing of tentative dates and still seats are not filled they also conduct admission offline.
