Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery [MBBS]

Sharda University is one of the best university to pursue any degree as the academic and the faculties are great. The students do jobs in various reputed companies like apollo once they complete their graduation at the university.

The course of MBBS was very complex, tough and much lengthy. It included subjects like human anatomy, general medicine and biochemistry and radiotherapy. There were tests, internals and externals/final exams at the end of the year.

There are so many changes once a student completes the degree. The institute offers an internship at many reputed firms and hospitals. the firms like Max life insurance, medanta, apollo came to hire students. Sharda university offered students with many options of internships.

Alumni meet, facilitation programs, seminars, webinars, project fair, a number of technical and non-technical events are at the university for the students and many participated in almost all the events. They were so big as students from other colleges also came to participate in it.

The fees are very high at the university. A student pays nearly 26,50,000 for the first-year curriculum. Students can pay the fees in instalments and also avail several loans options are available. However, students have to whole amount of the fees before final exams.

As per my knowledge, there are very few scholarships available and I have not heard of any student avail of the loan but there are various loans options available. Students opt for private loans and government loans to pay the fees.

At Sharda University, there are numerous extracurricular activities like alumni meeting, inter-university sports events, and all the students take part in it. Also, there are lab sessions organized by the university for the student's practical knowledge and training.

Sharda University provides great hostel facilities at the university for the boys and also for girls. The rates are high but as compared to facilities given by the institute the rates are reasonable. Facilities like AC rooms, attached toilet, and rooms are cleaned every next day.

I gave the NEET exam after higher secondary education and applied for Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery at five institutes. Luckily, I got acceptance from this institute and the admission process was on campus and online with all the documents attaching with the application form. There was an entrance exam PGMET for the admission.

The faculty at Sharda University, school of medical science and research - [SMSR] were good and had much experience at their particular subject in which they did PhD. All the faculty delivered great content while lectures and labs.
