Course Curriculum Overview

The master's course teaches students to handle modern technology for e-learning, database management, collection, research and address problems in the field. They are trained to handle modern libraries.

Placement Experience

The students are encouraged to take up internships for getting a feel about their job. This boosts up confidence and motivates them. Stipends for the internships depend on the library and duration of internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for 1st year is 75,400 rupees and 2nd year is 67,600 rupees. The fees are a bit expensive for this course because many students don't opt for a course in library. That's a rarity unless one really wishes to do it.

Campus Life

Many extracurricular activities take place in the college here. There is a gymnasium for the students to built up strength. There are also workshops, seminars, debates and discussions that go on throughout the year.

Admission

The student has to clear both these entrance exams of Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) and SAMS Odisha. They well be enrolled based on their marks and vacancy. There are total 12 seats available for this course.

The faculties are good knowledge about the course. They help out the students in exploring several resources and research topics. One can easily talk to them regarding anything that is going on in life.

7th semester students eligible for placement. Companies like L&t, Amazon, Cisco,tata steel, Infosys, maruti Suzuki, deloti , asiant paint etc. Highest package is 44.7 lpa and avarage is 4.5 lpa. Around 85 percent students placed.

From the 5th semester students are eligible for placement drive. There are various companies like TCS Deloitte etc. company provide campus offers. The average pack of our college is around 4 lakhs. 30-40 % of students get placement every year. My plan after getting my degree is to do a government job.

For the internship completion as the internship is completed they can opt for campus placement, in our dental campus only 2 companies had been visited highest package of 20000/- had been given per month, the percentage was very low like 30 per cent .to get a stable job

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students became eligible for campus placement. Names of the companies are TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys, Accenture etc . The highest package is 14 lakh per annum offered by TCS and Infosys. The avg package is 5lakh per annum offered by others. More than 60% of students are getting placed. After getting my degree I am wishing to get my dream company Infosys. Working there will be gonna very much excited.

Placement Experience:

Several companies visit the college ranging from mass recruitment companies like cognizant and Deloitte to core companies like Maruti Suzuki and L&T. The average package offered is 7.5lakhs and the highest on-campus package in 2022 was 17.5lakhs. The students can even apply for off-campus placements if they are not satisfied with the package they are offered. Almost all of the students(both from on-campus and off-campus) get placed in college. Many students even apply for higher studies. The college has the strongest Alumni network with many cities having their own Alumni chapters(in fact the strongest in all of Odisha).

Great college with affordable price , with qualified teachers

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester onwards you are eligible for campus placements. Godrej, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, hp, tech Mahindra, l & t, etc many offers are made. 70% of students are getting jobs through campus interviews. 46 lakhs per annum is the highest placement and according to their talent students are getting placed in the topmost companies. My plan is to get a perfect job, with a perfect salary before completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

From 3 rd year students get placements. Tcs, wipro, capgemini, infosys like big companies comes here. Highest package of this year was 13 L by tcs and apart from that range vary from 3 to 10 lakhs. College is telling 100% placement is there but I am not sure. I may go for cat or for gate.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good with a percentage of above 90% every year. The Training and placement cell along with the CAAS(Career Advisory and Augmentation School) works out everything for the students. Many Tier 1 companies like Amazon, Adobe visit the college with a decent number of offers. Then comes companies like TCS, COGNIZANT, WIPRO, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, IBM etc which visits the college with a huge number of vacancies. Last year 4 students got over 40 LPA CTC and profile of SDE while the average placement was around 6 LPA CTC. I will personally prefer taking up a job after graduating from the university and doing it for 2- 3 years to get acquainted with the trends of the industry. Then I plan to pursue my Masters's degree.
