Petroleum Engineering from Shyam University

The course curriculum of Petroleum Engineering over here is quite interesting. The subjects include drilling fluids and cement, Numerical and Statistical methods, Petroleum Production operations, Petroleum engineering Practical, Geologies for petroleum engineering practical and many more subjects are taught to us in the course.

Since I have just started with the studies, I am yet to figure about the placements and internships the college provides. I have heard from my seniors that many reputed companies like Maruti Suzuki, Essar, and many more recruit students from the university.

The fees is quite feasible just like the fees of other engineering colleges. I paid around 80,000 as my first year fee. There are other charges as well excluding the tuition fee which are like Library charges, accommodation charges, etc.

The campus is amazing. The university has the best infrastructure, there's a library with almost every book a student can need, well equipped labs with latest instruments and machines. We also have football and basketball grounds in the campus where we can play whenever we want.

After scoring 84% in class 12th exams, I applied for a Btech course in Petroleum Engineering in the Shyam University of Rajasthan. I opted for this university as they provide lab practices and application based examples. The university have an online application process which makes it easy to apply.

The teachers are so helpful and caring. They ensure to provide us with the best education. They are well qualified and knows very well what to teach according to the latest curriculum. They also make studies interesting by providing the practical based education.
