The course is divided into 8 semesters with all the semesters covering different aspects of the syllabus. The course is well-curated and focuses on nourishing the different skills of the student's. Subjects like Mathematics Chemistry, Physics,English and Data Structure are part of the syllabus.

The placement cell organizes technical seminars, workshops and corporate expectation sessions. Companies like Cognizant Technology Solutions, JK Fenner (India) Ltd, Unitech Plasto Components Private Limited hire interns from the college.

The fees for the whole course is Rs.200000.Annually students have to pay Rs.50000.Extra fees is charged for the hostel, transport, department fund and educational material. The fee structure is feasible for most of the students.

The college gives due importance to extracurricular activities. There are different clubs in the college like multimedia, Geo, elite. There are many labs in the college like digital,power electronics VLSI, Neuro grid. Students often visit the labs to get a better understanding of their course. Annual sports meet is organised for the students.

I am a student of Civil Engineering. I got admission in this college on the basis of my score in HSC examination and TNEA counselling. The eligibility criteria is a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. For general category students, the minimum percentage is 50%. Then the TNEA merit list is prepared according to which students are called in for the admission.

My college faculty is very good. The teachers are well qualified and experienced. Many of them hold PhD's in their particular course. They are co-operative and helpful. They always try to create a healthy environment in the classroom.
