Decent college with good opportunities

Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior has a supreme image in the city and I took admission because of good word of mouth and for good placement after completion of the course. The admission process is very elementary. It's done through counseling and acknowledgment of course. Another thing that enticed me to take admission in this college is the timing. It doesn't consume your whole day and this lets you do other things as well another benefit is the fee, which is very moderate as compared to other colleges.

MBA integrated is a course that is not available in every other college, very few colleges have this course but this is not what makes it unique. It's the subjects and way the whole session is conducted. This course not only educates you academically but also embeds values and our duties towards society through subjects like Shri Bhagwat Geeta, Chanakya Neeti. Which is essential for millennials but no college is teaching. The faculty is excellent in terms of qualifications and otherwise. They are helpful and helps throughout the session and always encourage them to take opportunities. If I talk about exams, questions are very straight but you have to elaborate properly. Passing exams is not a big deal. Sometimes exams get delay but somehow manage to end on time.

It's compulsory to complete an internship and prepare a report on it and then Viva is conducted to clear the semester. College offers an internship in companies and also provides its own source option. Some of the companies in which the college offers internships are Voicetree and some other Delhi based companies. The work you get to do on internships is related to our field which helps in the future.

Students always have high hopes for placement after spending years in a particular course. Placement for my course is good, it is as similar as MBA. The best part is that almost every student gets the opportunity to sit for placement and college manages to place every aspiring student. Companies are decent which comes for placement, some are really good but a number of companies that come are huge which means more opportunities. The highest package offered in this course was 10LPA and the average package offered is 3.6LPA. I'll also participate in placements

The fee for this course is very moderate and affordable as compare to other colleges. It fluctuates every semester but there's a very minor difference. There's a scholarship for Obc and SC/St students and when a student performs good and qualifies the criteria for consequently 2 semesters then an amount is rewarded for encouragement.

Prestige has an annual fest called SPANDHAN. It's very grand and continues for 3-4 days. This includes various competitions, DJ night,s and cultural nights. Every day there's dress code as per exciting themes and students come to participate from all over the country. The library is huge and almost every required book is available for students. Classroom amenities are fine and every required thing is available. There are many clubs in college which interested student can be part of a like student club, sports club, etc which helps you to get working experience with faculty, gives you a sense of responsibility and add on to your CV
