Course Curriculum Overview
I am pursuing my B. Tech in Civil Engineering. It is 4 year undergraduate course. Our course curriculum is systematically organized in order to give us an indepth knowledge about the subject. It aims to enhance our analytical as well as soft skill in order to ensure overall development of the student.
Placement Experience
Our institution provides lucrative placement facilities to the students. It has good tie-ups with some of the best national and multinational corporations. The top recruiters are-SAIL, WIPRO, TATA Steel, NTPC, IBM etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our course fee is INR 55,100 per year, which is a pretty good amount. It sums upto INR 2,46,500 in 4 years. However, it is completely worth it because the quality of education and other facilities provided to us vis-a-vis the fee charged, is quite good.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our university also provides loan facilities, which is availed by many of us. There is also a relaxation in fees for the SC, ST and OBC candidates. Besides, it also provides scholarship facilities to the under privileged students.
Campus Life
The students are highly encouraged to conduct and take part in the different extracurricular activities. Our university head organizes many workshops and seminars which is a proper blend of both fun and learning. Even our faculty members are highly active and they take part in the different college activities.
Admission
A candidate should qualify in the JCECEB/AEEE or the entrance exam conducted by our university in order to get an admission. Besides, he/she should also secure a minimum of 45% marks in the 10+2 exam. I had scored 85 percentage in my ISC exam and on top I performed pretty well in the entrance test.
Faculty
Our professors are highly qualified and well experienced. They not only teach us but also guide us in every possible way. Specially, our departmental professors are very caring and supportive. I'm truly privileged to have such wonderful teachers.
