Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is transparent but you might have to pay additional charges also for your hostel, and mess facilities if you opt for them. You have to pay ?20,000 per year through any modes of payment like demand draft or online transfer.

Campus Life

There are many events that take inside the college premises. A cultural fest is organized as well as a technical fest that involves different teams from various other colleges as well. We also have a facility for a very good library.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is provided in the sharing of two, three, or four people per room. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable too. Also, it was furnished well and a bed, table, and other basic amenities are provided. We are also given good mess food here.

Admission

Initially you have to be 10+2 qualified with more than 75% and hold a valid degree for the same from a recognized state or national board. Further you have to give the JEE Mains exam and and apply for this college separately as a merit list will be prepared that will decide your admission.

Faculty

The college faculty are qualified with at least an M.Tech degree in their specialization subject. They are very well comfortable with the laboratory work and using it for the demonstration of practical works. Most facilities members are very helpful and always ready to work with you.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

In the last year or 7th semester you will be able to attend campus recruitment and get placed in a reputed company. Last year there was approx 100+ company comes to the college for recruiting students. Last year their highest package is approx 10LPA and a minimum of 4LPA. Approx 80% of students are getting placed till last year and some of them are working in MNCs right now and some of them are opening their startups. After graduation, I decided to pursue higher studies abroad.
