Remarks

the college is a very good institution. The best part is in this minimum fees structure it provides all the kinds of facilities with quality education. The environment of the college student friendly and there is no any problem faced by the student in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of the college is completely technology based. The college has managed to adapt the dynamic changes in the technical world and brought them into the course of study. BTech program is of 4 years which comprises of 8 semesters.

Placement Experience

Yes a lot of companies like Mahindra , cognizant, etc visit the campus for placements and almost all the students get placed and some of the other company. Summer internships are also provided to the students with good stipend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I would rather say that the fee structure of the college is very very affordable. The per year BTech fee of the college is just rupees 20,000. At first I was also shocked when I heard the news but yes it is true.

Campus Life

We have a lot of lobs and workshops in the college. Since mine is computer engineering, so most of our extracurricular activities are held in the computer Labs. Apart from this we have sports activities and cultural activities too.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel the college also has a good infrastructure and the fees per year of the hostel is around rupees 5000. The hostel provides all the basic necessities to the students and the food provided by the mess is also ok ok.

Admission

I got to know about the college through its official website. the admission criteria for the college in BTech program was a minimum of 75 percentage in 12th board exams and a good ranking and percentile in the JEE MAINS examination.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is highly educated and all of them are from top universities in India. They are all PhD scholars and give their best to teach us. They have a lot of knowledge and they interpret it in such a way that all of us understand it very easily.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

My course is microbiology,, it's very interesting to learn about all the microbes and all their uses in our daily life , but when it comes to demonstrate practically ,, we don't have a microscope and weighing machine, the lab is not well maintained , and also the chemicals and salts are expired , We have no other options to use , so We are compelled to use that only

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

Placement Experience:

In the last year or 7th semester you will be able to attend campus recruitment and get placed in a reputed company. Last year there was approx 100+ company comes to the college for recruiting students. Last year their highest package is approx 10LPA and a minimum of 4LPA. Approx 80% of students are getting placed till last year and some of them are working in MNCs right now and some of them are opening their startups. After graduation, I decided to pursue higher studies abroad.
