Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is very well constructed so that we do not have a hectic study schedule, our examinations are held only at the end of the semester and there are tests an quizzes conducted on a regular basis.

Placement Experience

We have placements offered at our college, the placements are limited for our course but there is scope of improvement in placements in the coming years, there is a high competition among the students acquire the placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for all the courses is very much reasonable and can be afforded without much difficulty and the fee for one year is INR 1,750 and hence the fee for the entire three year course will be INR 5,250.

Campus Life

We have a lot of events conducted in our college, where students from different colleges attend and participate, these events are organized by the students by formation of various clubs under the guidance of the teachers.

Admission

Getting admission at this college was very easy, I had first applied to the college by filling the college application form, and then I submitted the marks scored in grade 12th, after that, I received a call informing me about my acceptance to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Data Science is a rising field in computer science. It has lots of oppurtunities in todays world and easy compared to other fields, which made me choose data science. The curriculum consist of various computer programming languages including Python, R and so on which are vital in the field of data science. There are also experienced faculties for teaching of the programming languages. I personally felt that lab hours are not adequate and also the available hours are also not properly utitlised by some teachers. At the end of each semester we have exams and results are published soon as the exams are over, no lagging compared to other universitites.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Can I do BA English Online distance course from home and can I know the fees structure

Kannur University, Distance Education does not offer online BA English program but offers only distance BA English course. The total course fee for the BA English course is INR 5250. You are required to pay INR 1,750 as the annual course fee.
