Course Curriculum Overview

The duration of the course is of 5 years. The college offers various facilities such as beautiful campus, library with lot of books, laboratories, research and innovation cell and much more. The one year is compulsory for internship. College focused on practical based education hence regular practicals and exams conducted by the college.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities were great. As college offers compulsory internship in last year of MBBS the placement rate increases a lot. Various hospitals and medical Institutes visited the college for placements and grabbed talented students.

College Events

Events are the pride of the college. All festivals, republic Day , independence day and technical events celebrated here. But most of the events clash with the college exams. Still I enjoyed many of the events in my graduation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of the college is expensive as similar to the other medical colleges. College fees is about 13-14 lakhs rs. Per year. Awesome faculty and great placement are the reasons behind that. But different scholarships and installation facility available for talented and poor students.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities such as medical sciences seminars, different workshops are the daily routine of the college. Everyday we attend different seminars and guests lectures by the best doctors. Along with this, sports activities and technical activities are also arranged by the college.

Admission

I completed my 12th and gave the NEET exam too. Meanwhile, I searched the best college in uttar pradesh for my MBBS degree. And my search ends at one of the best Institute for medical sciences in uttar pradesh named as Sharda University, School of Medical Sciences and Research - [SMSR]. The admission is purely on the merit basis. I scored good in both the exams so I got here admission in first CAO round.

The faculty of the college is just excellent. They are highly talented and qualified. They have about 7-8 years of experience in medical sciences. Their knowledge about all the basics in medical sciences to the advancements in it all are just amazing. They taught us all these things and enhance our career.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is more inclined towards a theoretical side and lacks practical exposure. In the present scenario, having practical knowledge is a must if you want to survive in the industry, which my college didn't prepare me for. However, there are various opportunities across the campus. We have AIC inside the campus, which may offer an internship to the students if they reach out to them.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

Placement Experience:

Actually we do internship in apex hospital and we have 100% placement. We have 100% placement here every year students get job in apex hospital and also in other places. But so such companies or anything come for placement. Average package is 5 lakhs per annum. After getting degree I will prepare for Norcet exam .

My rank wasn't sufficient to get a government medical College. Being a native of North India I considered this college because it is one of the best in North region with great infrastructure and quality education . Also one main factor that one should consider is overall budget of college . The fees of this college is definitely way too higher than government medical colleges but quite comparable and on the lower side when compared to private medical colleges .
