Course Curriculum Overview

The teaching and learning processes include access to Harvard Cases and Stimulations along with CMIE Prowess and Bloomberg Terminal. There are visits from the Industry and us as students are taught with online technologies. There is also a Learning Management System. Personally, I am satisfied with what I have learnt in this University and how the teaching processes took place. For examination, there are credit points for certain subjects and depending on it, the marks for internal examination and external examination differ. It adds up to a total of 100 marks.

Placement Experience

There are job opportunities for graduates. I have received a placement in the field of marketing. I am satisfied with my placement and the University has been helpful in terms of placements. The number of students receiving placements after graduation and post graduation is high.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My fee was 8 Lakhs in rupees and it differed for different programs. The course is very expensive but it is worth paying for because the facilities and the opportunities provided by the University is very helpful in the long run. There is a possibility that the fee would increase annually.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are 50% of the fee is provided by the scholarships awarded to one student in Masters in my program depending on the merit of the student. Students can apply for it. If two or more students have the same percentage, their previous academic performances would be taken into consideration.

Campus Life

There are multiple events in the University that takes place and helps the students. There are around 10 committees guided and driven by the students. There are clubs formed by the students and there are around 9 of them. I haven't experienced any kind of discrimination based on anything and I have never personally witnessed it happening to someone else in the campus.

Admission

My SNAP scores were taken into consideration along with my merit from graduation. I had a personal Interview and writing ability test as well as a good activity. Different steps had different weight with the total of 100 marks.

Faculty

There are many faculty members who have achieved the highest education in their fields. Both the professors as well as the assistant professors are highly qualified with years of experience in the field of teaching.

For jobs, it prepares you very well. You work through real case studies, Harvard business simulations, and a 4-to-6-month corporate internship, so you aren't completely clueless on day one at an office. If your goal is a PhD or pure research, though, it leans a bit too practical and corporate rather than deeply academic.

They have highly qualified and experienced teachers.
For a sports enthusiast like me, having a ground is great in college is great.
There are various types of events conducted very often which provides us exposure academically, culturally, socially and it also helps our social networking and connections.

Dislikes

I think infrastructure can be improved and maintained well, than it is now.
Placement services should be improved too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BCom because I was a commerce student in my PUC, and I wanted to master in the same field. This course has shaped my knowledge on accounts and finance which has been some sort of a passion for me. Accounts, tally, finance, are the studies that are to be applied by anyone who's working with numbers, finances or in banks, account sectors etc which I'm doing currently, and it has really helped me a lot. The only improvement in this course that I seek is practical applications and workshops that would definitely help students enhance their skills.

Likes

very first thing i like in the college is the wifi network,
the library which is very peace and silent
average places to take photos and nearby there is nandi hills to visit

Dislikes

i dislike the distance of the college, its too large, should walk soo much
the cost of stationaries in the general store
i dont think so faculy are that much expertise , only countable people worth it

see i have choosed this course because it is very relatable to CSE, coz my ranking was not sufficient to get this course. the course which i took "Information Science and Engineering" is really a good course. they make us real world engineers. the area they shld actually improve is, hiring worthable faculty.

Likes

Campus is amazing lot of open spaces and maintains all the greenary
The faculty is good as they all are practicing architects
The sports facility is also really good as there r lot of tournaments

Dislikes

Work load given is a lot and the pressure of submissions are unbareable
They expect a lot frm 1st sem students and forget the fact tht we jus started
Lot of teacher student rivalry and affecting the overall passing of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is holistic science in total to study about. Ayurveda helps us a lot when it comes to the application and clinical practice point of view. Ayurveda aims at mainly "Swasthasya swasthir rakshanam, athurasya vikar prashamanam" our entire curriculum is based on the aim of ayurveda which states protecting the health of a healthy person and also reversing the pathology of the diseased individual. Ayurveda mainly aims at the Doshas(vatta, pitta and Kapha) to treat the pathology and also to maintain the health of the healthy person. Ayurveda language is sanskrit so 1st year Sanskrit should be learnt properly. The term vise examination and periodic assessment are helping us to revise and learn the concept better.

This college has the best infrastructure in the area. They classrooms are huge enough to hold the capacity of at least 150 students. All the labs are highly equipped and all the classes have smart class projectors.

SAIACS is one of the best institutes

Remarks:

I did a two year Master of Divinity course from the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies. The college is a top spot for studying God and for the mental and spiritual growth of a being. The college is pretty much affordable and the quality of teaching is also good. On top of that, the faculty was vell qualified.
