Remarks

BPS medical college provided me the best education structure from the exceptional faculty of learned professionals and provided me exposure from the finest of doctorate teachers and professionals. I was able to procure a package of INR 4 lakhs per annum with the help of my college?s placement cell. The standard of education given by the faculty was exceptional. The college is itself very relaxing and gives a stress free environment. The libraries and computer labs are fully equipped and helped me to fulfill my complete potential.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course which I selected comprised 5 years of human physiology and anatomy, knowledge which was segregated over 8 semesters having different subjects having one major semester in one year respectively. The first year consisted of basic introduction of health and human physiological and anatomy. Later we were introduced to more complex medical knowledge. The last year was internship year where we needed to practise mbbs. Our college had a state of art medical labs which had updated list on all the medical books and fully equipped medical tools which were full new technologies and models etc. We were given at least 5 subjects per semester along with English and communication skill classes, which were mandatory.Internals and externals were taken semester wise and at the end of each year the final examination took place. The libraries were fully equipped with the program related books, e-books and smart class facilities were also available at our disposal. The infrastructure of the whole college was beautifully constructed with huge playgrounds and multipurpose halls were spacious enough where we presented our presentations.

Placement Experience

4

By the end of the 5th year we were introduced to many reputed hospitals by our placement cells .Being a reputed college we always had a higher percentage of getting picked by a reputed organization. Many students were working prior to the completion of the degree itself on the onset of 5th year. Many nursing homes came and interviewed me and my batch mates and were highly impressed by the degree of professionals that we were turning into. More than 85% placements were done for each and every batch on a year on year basis, with a good average package ranging from 3 lakhs per annum to 5 lakhs per annum.Various Indian and international medical companies came to interview and the selection was mainly based on both the academic performance and co-curricular achievement.

College Events

3.5

Many cultural festivals and sports events were hosted by our college. Various medical meets were set where different teachers from all over india used to deliver lectures and encouraged us to become a noble like them. Model doctors and medical practitioners were introduced to enhance our potential Annual fest led the students to show their multitalent and interact with other students from different backgrounds. These events led us to know each other well and built a reputation with our teachers too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are paid annually i.e. INR 53,000 Total fees for 5 years is approximately INR 2,65,000 inclusive of all facilities and technology used. The fees did not include the excursions, transport and other registration amounts. It is a feasible college, totally worth the exposure it is providing. The placement packages would let you cover the whole fees in a year or 2 of job

Campus Life

4

The atmosphere of the university was beautiful. It included a lot of gardens and playgrounds. The buildings were designed in an appealing manner with the best infrastructure. We had huge multi purpose and auditorium halls which were spacious and well maintained. The labs and libraries were full of the latest technology and books.Learning was through Ebooks and every student had a personal computer to work on.Ceremonies like freshers, farewells and festivals were hosted by the college. The music and dance rooms were separately made where we could give time to our hobbies and build talent.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel buildings were beautifully constructed for girls hostel. It was fully guarded by the security guards and under warden surveillance making it a safe and secure place. The mess timings were strict and the food given was tasty and healthy. The gates of the hostel were used to get closed sharp at 10PM to not let students go outside at night. The washrooms and other utilities like room bed, fan, cooler, etc were well designed and cleaned. Overall the environment of the hostel was friendly and polite.

Alumni/Alumna

There used to be an annual meeting in which our alumnus used to address us about the work experience and the challenges that they used to face in their professional life. It helped me a lot because it made me work hard towards my goal. They guided us so that we could grow in our respective area and achieve wonders. Many seniors also pursued higher studies which gave us the glimpse of both the aspects. All the seniors were very polite, they were always ready to help the juniors.

Admission

I applied for the MBBs and got selected on entrance exam basis conducted by Haryana university and NEET,I did high school from Delhi through CBSE The application form was available online, where we needed to fill our qualifications and attach the required documents. Later the college called for the counselling session and I completed my registration formalities along with the fees deposit in the college.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty there was filled with learned and qualified professors with reputed backgrounds. We were also introduced to many dignitaries along our course of 5 years who used to take special classes and were all very helpful and polite and always guided us in the right direction. All were Bilingual which made it very easy to communicate with them and also led to no communication gap. Many of our teachers were PHD holders and would show their work in research and very honored in their respective fields. We had the privilege to interact and learn from our respected teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific Aspects That Influenced the Decision For students choosing a professional or certificate course, the curriculum usually becomes the deciding factor based on three key pillars: Job-Oriented Specific Skills: The primary influence is the curriculum's direct focus on market-based, job-ready skills (e.g., Python, Data Science, Digital Marketing tools). Unlike a traditional degree, the appeal is that every module must be immediately applicable to a job. Portfolio Development: Students are heavily influenced by modules that are project-based or require them to build a portfolio (like a website, a code repository, or a marketing plan). The curriculum must be designed to result in tangible work that can be shown to employers. Industry Certification Alignment: If the course prepares students for an external, recognized industry certificate (like CCNA, MCP, or Google/Meta certificates), the curriculum's strict adherence to that certification standard is a major influence. 2. Preparation for Real-World Applications The curriculum of a successful short-term course is designed to excel specifically in preparing students for real-world applications. Curriculum Improvements Mandatory Soft Skills Integration: While technical skills are a focus, the curriculum should mandate dedicated modules on non-technical, yet critical, job skills like: Professional Communication and Email Etiquette Team Collaboration and Project Management (Agile/Scrum basics) Interview Preparation and Mock Interviews Industry Feedback Loop: Establish a more frequent and formal system to update the curriculum based on current industry demands, possibly involving an advisory board of employers or recent alumni.
