Course Curriculum Overview

The course educational program is arranged and executed quite well. I have got great measures of hypothetical information and an opportunity to apply it for all intents and purposes for better understanding. The tests were led on schedule and not troubling.

Placement Experience

The training and placement openings in the Institute are well overall. We have got great organizations visiting the Institution grounds for enrolling understudies on great compensation. The staff trained us well to handle the meetings and land occupations without any problem.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The entire course fee structure for the duration of one year post graduate diploma in management costs me rupees 10,000. The fees need to be submitted at the time of admission. The fees also includes some co-curricular activity fees.

Campus Life

We have two or three extracurricular exercises. There are classes and workshops led in the Institute much of the time. We have online classes and recordings to control us through the inaccessible learning procedure and make it simpler.

Admission

Admission into this institution is based on on the marks obtained in previous qualifying examination. A minimum of 50% must have been scored in the past examinations. The admission procedure is carried online.

Faculty

The faculty team of the Institute is excellent. They made distance learning simpler and extremely obliging for us all. We got great examination materials and aides. Likewise they bolster us in all the manners in which they can.

Placements are not really good in our college, it is more of a research institute so it mainly focuses on PhD as PhD strength is good. Higher education is more prefered here but placement scenario is also good

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant and is different for different branches according to their needs. I was interested in civil engineering and chose the course and find the curriculum intersting and relevant for me . The curriculum offers subject which are important for real world applications, like in civil engineering it's offers subjects like building construction, solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, material testing, serving, etc. The course curriculum is very good but the teaching methods needs improvement like more digitalization . The exams frequency and timings are neither too late nor too early, they are perfectly planned and executed.

Digboi college and my experience through it .

Course Curriculum Overview:

There exists a good teaching staff that's why the course is very easy to understand also teachers give us good examples also do practicals so that's students understand the course easily . I see that there exist a low no of equipments in practical lab compare to it's students ratio so if they have a good no of equipments then all students get equipment to do experiment without any waste of time . Time is good as compare to marks and the first 30 marks are beginner level the other 40 marks are intermediate level and the remaining 30 Marks are advanced level questions in a question paper for the students they published.

Life in GIPS

Placement Experience:

In the 8th semister, students will eligible for campus placement. Our college will organize campus placement. Where different companies come and if you pass the interview then you will get the job. Companys like sun pharma, Ajanta pharma will come. And they have different requirements. In starting you will get 2.5 lakhs of the package and other offers are there. In GIPS most of the students get the placement. My plan after b pharm is I will study for M pharm in GIPS.

About my college

Remarks:

I didn't have any negative remarks until last year. So there was a mistake on my form fill up. I put the right details and selected my subjects. I have selected English as my MIL and submitted my form. But when I get the admit card I got to know that my MIL subject was selected as Assamese which I never selected. Then in the examination I gave the ex for English and didn't gave for Assamese as my subjects wasn't Assamese. I told the teacher who signed my examination copy he told that it will be fixed but on the results day I got to know that it was marked as absent in the MIL exam because I didn't sit for the Assamese examination which I did because I was English student. Then I asked them they said to get my sessional exam marks from the HOD of English department. I went to the HOD and she said that the copy in which they put the records is with the commerce head so I went to him. He said he didn't have the copy and told me to get to the HOD I went back to HOD she said she didn't have the copy. Both of them didn't have the copy for which I didn't able to fix the problem. It's not cool.
