Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus entails the production and usage of heat and mechanical energy for the design, production, and operation of machines and tools. The course is structured maintaining in view the growing call for for integration of present day advances in automation and environmental engineering into the mechanical discipline. Literature & research material based on diverse superior subjects of Mechanical Engineering which include robotics, automation, laptop-aided design and manufacturing, laptop incorporated production, non-conventional electricity are made.
Placement Experience
There are plenty of placement opportunities and there are almost 60-70% placements across the batches. Several prominent Multinational companies such as TCS, Vodafone, HCL hire from AIT and there are several internship opportunities as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is nominal and mostly on par with most of the colleges offering engineering degrees. The total fees per annum is 1.47 lakhs and this includes all the miscellaneous fees such as lab fees, library fees and so on.
Campus Life
The NSS and the NCC is very active. They represent the college at various levels and generally they are very rewarding to be a part of. Many events such as freshers and farewell parties are also carried out well enough and the college also has a good sports ground.
Admission
To get admission to the B.Tech course in Asians Institute of Technology, you need to score at least 50% in 10+2 along with a good score in the JEE mains. the final list is then made by the college with respect to admission. You can also apply for lateral entry.
Faculty
The faculty of Asians Institute of Technology is highly qualified with several different qualifications ranging from MPhils, ME, BE etc. Many professors have PhD's and they are extremely diligentt and excellent at teaching.
