College Review

Our college offered three years of course synchronously for B.Sc programme in agriculture . We were taught the theory of horticulture, entomology, genetics and plant breeding, and concepts of agricultural engineering.

Our college provides only bachelor degree courses and thus usually do not have placement but students are guided well to appear for job interviews and job examination for off campus drive. Internship is not provided from college's side and like one of my friend got the opportunity from outer source to intern with a reputed company.

Our college organize events like Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan, Rashtriya Madhyamik shiksha abhiyan , the motive of such event is to bridge the gap between gender and social category in education and enhancement of learning

For my B.Sc course the college levy a charge of Rs.36,000 which is Rs.12,000 per year.Our college charges very less amount for all the courses allowing students in our district to opt for this college.

Our college have departments of handicrafts, animal husbandry where the culture of Punjab is portrayed beautifully . Few styles of handicrafts like Wood Inlay , Wood and Lac turnery, Mud work and Phulkari are constructed to depict Punjab's culture.

I registered myself via college website and in the second process i applied for the B.Sc course online by sharing my details and academic history. After registration process i had to apply for the PU-CET(UG) exam based on which i was allotted a seat in this college.

Our college have diversified departments for all different sections like animal husbandry, agriculture, handicrafts, town planning . Our faculties takes charge of all the projects and also teaches us with life based theories.
