Course Curriculum Overview
The duration of the course was 3 years. The college was perfect in every point of view. College had a big campus, playground, library, art gallery and much more. The attendance was not mandatory as it was arts stream. But the college conducted the exam at ending of each semester.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities were not available here. As it was arts stream. Every student like me came here to prepare for the competitive examinations and rest of the students want to gain arts skills to open art galleries. Internship was not provided by the college. Definitely, I didn't get placement here but I gained different skills here.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it was government college fees structure was reasonable. The fees of the college was just 8-9k per year. It was affordable to everyone studied here. Also different scholarships were available for the talented students as well as on category basis.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities were the strength of the college. Different activities to enhance the students skills arranged frequently in the college premises. Debates, quizzes, guest lectures and seminars were the daily routine of the college. We participated in it and also won prizes. Sports and games were also conducted by the students with the faculty support.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors were the best seniors. We learnt different skills from them. They were too helpful and caring. They took care of us like siblings. They helped us in every problem and also taught different skills required to crack the exams.
Admission
I want to become an IAS officer since childhood. Hence after completing 12th, everyone advised me to take arts stream and prepare for the exams. So, I selected one of the best college in Punjab for my graduation named as Govt College situated in hoshiarpur Punjab. The admission is totally on merit basis.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was excellent. Their creativity and imagination was just awesome. They can draw anything within a minute. I shocked by seeing their skills and arts. We gained this skills from them in 3 years. Undoubtedly, They made us good artists.
