Remarks

I preferred this college because It was the best in Lucknow, and I wanted to save out on traveling/residing charges, as would have been the case if I resided in any other city(other than my home town) Moreso, any college will be good, if the student is an able learner. So is the case with our Amity

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Architecture because my Maternal grandfather was an architect and my father was a contractor, so I had practical knowledge, plus I was good at art, calligraphy, and had scientific knowledge. I had a good sense of color coordination and had a niche for learning design software. So this summed up into this course.

Class Size: 31Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

It's a media-based internship for students who know click good photos/videos, while I have not heard all departments offering internships

Placement Experience

Through Campus Recruitment, The CRC facility able students can apply through faculty, and get placed through various companies that approach the campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is slightly on the higher side and increases by a 2-3 thousand each year for any course semester. There is no campus job as such apart from the media team of amity that includes some worthy students from the media department and a few from other departments.

Campus Life

Their efforts in satisfying students are continuous. Green campus and good canteen and supportive faculty, air conditioning.More plus points than negatives..least negatives

From pre final year students are eligible for campus internships, and final year students are eligible for placements. Around 400 companies visit our college for placement every yr. Name of companies: google, Microsoft, TATA, RELIANCE, ZOMATO, ACCENTURE, GAIL, HPCL, DE SHAW, FLIPKART, AMAZON, MEESHO, L&T etc. More than 90% students get placed from all branches Highest packages offered around 1Cr. We can get placed in government sector too after clearing exams We are also eligible to get seat in other IITs for higher studies with a CPI of 7.5

Course Curriculum Overview:

As my father is an foreman at a constrution site and he always shows me drawings of their site which motivate me to make this type of drawings so i choose Architecture. Some things should change is course curriculum as some subjects like structures should increase their credits bcoz of a more struggle to learn like architectural design. Their is good timing of exams but more days to take whole subjects. it took almost a month to complete 9 subjects exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate 4 out 5 as it is a hardworking subject or course. U need a good design skills and imagination skills and u have also aware with school subject like physics and maths. It is difficult to give exam of architecture as it use terminology .

Remarks:

This college is good for study purpose but not good for extracurricular activities or social life. This is a typical architecture school. Which only focused to the studies, Classes and attendance.
