BMCET Review

I got an admission in this college through the ACPC admission process. The admission process is very simple. We have to fill out the ACPC admission form and select the institute and courses we have to opt out. We can select multiple colleges and courses. We got admission in college as per the cut-off criteria of college. I chose this college because it has low fee and it is located in Surat, which is my home town.

I chose electronics and communication course because I like Electronics and want to work in this industry. The faculties for this course in BMCET college are very good at teaching. Faculties are so humble and knowledgeable in electronics, especially there are two faculties named Mr. Rahul Gonawala (Assistant Professor) and Mr. Pratik Pasiyawala(Assistant professor) who guide students so effectively in their study and in non academic matters also. Term exams taken by college in every 4 to 5 months and the monthly test also there to evaluate students.

From end of 5th semester students can apply for campus placement in BMCET. There are many companies offers the placement in college. Mostly the local companies approach to college. I didn't opt out for campus placement that's why I don't know more about it

Fee Structure of BMCET is like that there is only tuition fee, library fee and extra curricular activities fee was taken by college. College have an scholarship programs according to the rules and regulations of GTU. There is student exchange program available in college in which student can apply to internship in foreign countries like America, Bulgaria, Germany, etc. for 3 to 6 months in 3rd year of college to get an exposure.

Campus of BMCET is very big and infrastructure is also good. Aayam is the name of tech fest which is held at February or March month of year and students from another colleges can also participate in tech fest. Books related to the academic courses are available in library and any student can borrow books for week through library card. There is a sports week celebrate by College in which students and faculties both can participate in various indoor and outdoor games and the winners got prize and certificates. College also support cultural and technical clubs and startups.
