Remarks

The college was really good. For admission, you either have to go directly or by UPSEE counseling. Really good college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love machinery that's why I chose mechanical engineering. The faculty-student ratio is 8:90. The faculty were highly qualified. Exams were held every semester. Exams were difficult to pass but if you have prepared well then it will be interesting.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements. The highest package was 10 LPA. 80% of students were placed. My plan was to get a decent job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per year was 110000. One could get a scholarship by UTTAR PRADESH GOVERNMENT BY FILLING ONLINE FORM. I got a job of 25000 per month.

Campus Life

The annual fest was organized every year in February month and the technical fest was organized two times every year. Every type of book and journal was available in the library. The classrooms were really good. The sports meet was organized every year with the annual fest. There were different types of social groups running like drama, books, robotics.

Hostel Facilities

The room was really good with a bed table fan and almirah. Food was of average quality. Seasonal Vegetables were given. You have to contact the hostel warden to allot a room.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Real Story of SCRIET

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester onwards students became eligible for campus placements.They are only few companies come on our college and very few offers.The highesr paid package by an company to our college student is 40 lac per annum but the average package is 4.5 lac per annum.Only 10 percent of students get on campus placements.I will pursue M.Tech from any other university.
