Introduction of my College

One of the greatest things about Meerut Institute Of Engineering and Technology is that the fee structure is affordable for middle-class family as compared to other colleges of Engineering. ZERO RAGGING: There are banners and posters everywhere on the walls of my College and there is a very strict rule regarding ragging. If the fresher is comfortable then you can as for the intro but do not rag. GREAT ALUMNI BASE: Every student of MIET college get their dream job. If the students have good academic then they will easily place in any company. DIVERSE IN DISCIPLINE: MIET provides education not only in the Engineering field but the student also makes their carrier in photography and making films. The admission starts from the 1 of July till the last of August. First of all the admission is going through counselling direct. I choose Mechanical Engineering at MIET because the faculty is excellent and well-educated. they focus more on practical rather than theory. As per 20 students, there is 1 faculty member. NET with 55% minimum marks. they have easy and suitable teaching methods. once in a month. and it is not difficult to pass.

After the Six-semester students become eligible to take part in placement activities. There are many companies visited every month like Wipro, TCS, TATA STEEL, And many more and the good thing about the company is that they can hire the student in a mass number. the highest package is 15 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3.5 lakhs per annum. mostly the percentage is between 70-80 % of these student places more. I am going for an MBA after graduation.

The fee will be increased every 4-5 years duration. And the cost of the study is according to how many skills they provide to the students. Many students take part and get the advantage of the up government scholarship program. that is www.scholarship.up.nic.in

KOLAHAL is the annual feast of our college. and there are many tech fests organized by several core committees that as Robochamps, Thinkrobo, and many more. There are 2 libraries which are huge and more than sufficient books are there. They also provide an E-Learning facility. There are projectors in every classroom. Every classroom is neat and clean. There are sport meet every year which is known as ENDURA. In which every student takes part in games and sports. There are many social and cultural groups in our college which are run by only students. like AHIMSHA-quest for peace and change is a social group and SANSKRITI is a cultural group.

In the hostel, many facilities are provided like a MESS, LAUNDRY, WIFI, LIBRARY, and many more. The menu is good but sometimes the meal quality is very poor. First deposit the hostel fee you will be able to a lot a room. Godwin is a better palace for PG.
