Remarks

It is best college in that locality and also the best college as per infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yupp obviously campus placement are done and every opportunity is provided to the students to groom their future in this college placements are done for every course and is done per year. During a year at least 50 plus companies come for placements in our college.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

HDFC AXIX BANK INFOSYS and all other companies whoses name I don't remember actually name but maximum companies come over to it.

College Events

Tech fest and various other projects and cultural activities are done every year in our college and on every festival sweets are distributed among students and whe always celebrate the festivals of others religions with zeal and zest we don't discriminate on the basis of religion.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think fee structure is feasible 25000 is the semester fee and 22500 is the hostel fee no more charges are charged from students. Anyone can apply they also give scholarships to the meritorious students who wish to continue there journey of studying with our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers the scholarship to the meritorious students who have got maximum marks in the semester.

Campus Life

In B. Tech Civil Engineering the girls are very less than boys but in other branches the girls are usually more than boys. Also the environment is friendly and there is no difference between anybody all live with love and joy and respect for one another.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is nice. But 3 students reside inside one room and also rooms are quite big so no issue of any other space. And also specific wardrobe is available for a separate individual and also a bed is given to the student studying table is available and also a chair is available.

Alumni/Alumna

Yupp seniors are always helpful in college life. Being a fresher I shared my room with 2 seniors who were like elder brothers to me. They never made me uncomfortable.

Admission

I was a non medical student who loved engineering from 9th and wanted to be become an engineer and for engineering I opted The college as because I always wanted to explore new places and meet new friends and see different cultures of the country.

Faculty

I think there are 40+ lecturers mostly m. Tech students and also PhD holders and all are experienced in there respective fields as most of the lecturers are young and are below 35 so they are very much understanding. they are try to maintain a healthy relationship with students.

lively campus nights and a fun student life at chandigarh university

Likes

my overall experience at the college has been good so far
the faculty members are generally helpful
campus life is active with various cultural and technologies events

Dislikes

one thing i feel can be improved is the amount of pratical and industry oriented learning
some claases can be more theroy oriented so more hands on activities and pratical sessions would be beneficial
during major events and peak hours the campus become crowded

the course curriculum is realvent and fairly comprehensive i choose computer science engineering because it covers importnt ares such as programming data structures data base software development and emerging technologies

A Balaced College Experience With Great Campus Life

Likes

i like everthing about the college.
i like the supportive faculty behaviour.
the college also provide placement guidance.

Dislikes

Some areas could be improved especially the placement.
A few courses felt more theory focused than industry oriented.
Student enagement oppourtunities would make campus life better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course around 5 . i choose the courser because it provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and paractical concepts relevant to my career goals as well.

A Great College Experience with Learning, Growth and Opportunities

i liked the campus of this college very much
placement is very average not all get placed
food is great so many food outlets is there

they want fees for every single fest and things
exam fees is also there which should not be there
lecture schedule is very bad feels like 9 to 5 job

Companies do come in this college for placement and averge package is 500000 so student get placement opportunites from 6th sem onwards , and no. of offers made is 5000 last year placement ratio is also good.

Chandigarh university , but for real

Likes

campus life is absolutely banger and it is great to have friends here
crowd is bonkers , except some local peeps , they'd be behaving weird
major events like freshers and orientation , they bring crazzy artists

Dislikes

hectic schedules drain the soul of you .
frequent exams test that are totally unnecesary
attendance is another nuisance , having 75 percent is must

Placement Experience:

placements of 2.8 cr occured but it was only one , most of the placements packages go under 8 lpa and extra fees has to be paid in order to be eligible for placement drives and that too doen't ensure the placement

campus life and social interactionn : the campus is large and active with many clubs events hackathons and activities students get good opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds and participate iin extrracurricular activities.
faculty and teaching: faculty is experienced and mixed Some teachers have good subject knowledge and are supportive while teaching quality can vary between subjects.
placement and career support: the university provides opportunities and conducts recruitment for drives forn students.

Placement Experience:

IN our college students get placement form 3rd year onwards that is from 6th sem like university provides the students to sit in the placements and many good companies visit like amazon googler infosys tcs and all big recruiters and the highest package is upto 55lacks and ath average package of CSE id 8 to 9 lacks per annum and the placement rate is upto 100 percent.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. The experience was quite good as being a student of Universal Group Of Institutions. The admission process was also smooth, and the management which looked for the admission was very much helpful and friendly. I choose this college because I had heard from my friends that the college is so good the management is good and overall the facility is quite good. The tuition fee is pretty high here. The similar college of the nearby area give the same quality of education with a less fees. The hostel fees is okay and is similar to the other colleges of the area. The sports ground is good and we have a good football ground and an excellent team in the college, other sports are also equally good....Read More
