About studies in the institute

Overall college is good. As we know that every college has some drawbacks. Here the time boundation (you have to stay in college for complete time as per time table) and management strictness are point of concern.

Curriculum is as per state university and is well organized for teaching as well as research purpose. students do experiments in lab and design/develop projects. they are also taken to industries for practical exposure. Faculty members are continuously involved with students. Thus the environment is very productive and positive which definitely results in goog career.

Being the private institution, the placement is average. around 30-40% students are placed every year. Training and placement cell puts its best efforts for placement activities. I undergone training in my 3rd year to NHPC Tanakpur and it was a great experience.

1. Aamod- it is a sports fest and is organized by the institute once in a year. this is a intercollege activity and many colleges participate in it. 2. zest- it is a cultural fest and is intralevel. it is organized once in a year. celebrities are also invited for DJ night. 3. fresher- it is organized for newly admitted students by second year students and college sponsor this activity. 4. farewell- it is organized by 3rd year for final year students and is sponsored by institute.

Being the private college, the fees is a little expensive. after admission, in each semester you have to pay some nominal fees of different components like sports, medical, registration fee etc. Students are fined by 5000 rs for any indisciplanary activities like having mobile phone or doing any illigal activity.

Scholarship is provided by state government and documents are processed by institute for the same. amount depends on category. for gen and obc around 25000 is given and for sc & st almost full institute fee is refunded by the government. Bonafide is provided by the institute for education loan.

Around 80-20 ratio is there in each class. students do fresher and farewell. they participate in various cultural and sports activities. students live friendly regardless of gender, age, color, category. College environment is good. Extra classes are held for such development so that equity and equality can be maintained.

Option is given during admission for choosing hostel. if you choose it then fees us charged accordingly. PG are also available in nearby are and students can opt. around 3000 to 4000 are need to be paid in PG.

Alumni cell is there in the institute which help in creating strong network among students and alumunus. Alumnus share their experience and guide juniors for exposure regarding jobs and working scenerio.

My dream was to be a engineer. Hence I appeared in UPSEE Examination which is organized by uptu university of uttar pradesh government. I got 5874 rank and through counselling got admission in this institution. I deposited all required documents and after that started going to College as per schedule.

Faculty members are well qualified. They are having M.Tech and Ph.D degrees and having good research experience. They are very friendly in nature and always available for help & support. Although few faculty members are strict still the learning environment is good. They take classes as per schedule and classes are governed by dean academic.
