Reason to choose this college as its a big institution in the Kongu region, placement records were good with up to 98% placement. The process is so simple like after counselling I directly got into the college and fees payment is on terms.
Course Curriculum Overview
IT is the core for software sector and the faculty-student ratio is 1:10, about 30% of our faculties including HOD has a doctorate and others have a masters degree. Our teaching methods are innovative and change with the year we pursue generally activity and project-based learning is followed. We have 3 internals and 1 model exam so it's easier for us during semester exams.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides full time and part-time internships for students. Full-time internships are mainly focused on the students who have eligibility and who had cracked the interview for interns. Complete support for internship and placement is provided by our department other than academic support. We have companies of all kind that provides various facilities.
Placement Experience
From sixth semester students go for campus drive and training is provided from 4th semester. We have a tie-up with 300+ companies including core and IT company. 10LPA was the highest package and 3-4 LPA as an average. 98% placement record has been registered for 2020. My plan is to work in a company where I've been placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is 60000 except for the first year, in year 1 it is 63 approx. We can pay fees anytime before the due date and can be done in N number of terms. Scholarships are provided for cut off above 165. We have many COE with various companies and hence placement is so good with internship plus stipend.
Campus Life
We conduct national level technical Symposium during the even semester followed by cultural other than that inter-department competition takes place very often. We also have a digital library and department library for the benefit of students. We have department association called DIGITA where students get to improve their cognitive and soft skills with technical events. Our college has an NCC group and has a sports club for the sportsmen and sportswomen. We go to other colleges for both technical and non technical event.
