Average college management. They are strict with the rules like wearing id cards but very poor in quality of education.

Course curriculum is fine but the exam structure in SRM KTR is worst they always force student for extra burden unlike IITand NIT our college takes so much of extra internal exam by splitting them into more smaller parts but eventually it somehow leads us to handle our life in more significant ways.

Talking about placements in mechanical department I can say anyone can get IT Jobs with less struggle but to get a core job companies and college both prefer south indian students who knows tamil. CGPA is just a myth in placement. Irrespective of branch topper and scholarship holder in final year I am unable to get any core job before lockdown because in most of the companies either college rejects my name like ceat tyres or company itself reject us because we dont know Tamil(Sanmar Company).

Aarush and Milan are two most important festivals happening in our college and this events are nice and well organized irony is that it is managed by students and they really do wonderful job. They invite various celebrities in our college in order to perform so that we can enjoy our college life happily.

Its very expensive. College in the starting promised us fir quality education but its all a myth the faculty in my srm college in main campus are worst not all of them some are really good but maximum faculties in my college dont even know how to read PPT. Transperancy is there in fee breakdown. College usually adds breakage fee into our account irrespective of the matter that we had not broken any equipment in our labs this way they earn a lot usually they charge 100 which looks small Amount to individual but they charge this Amount to everyone and earn a lot without any doubt.

Yes I was selected fir scholarship worth 35000 by the institution under yhe criteria of merit scholarship as I topped my branch in 3rd year.

Gender ratio in our college is 10:7 but in my department its 10:0. 001 and diversity is excellent as there are students from other parts of the country. Labs are average in my department irony is that lab incharge is more knowledgeable then the faculty sometime. Various robotics teams are there in my college like Robocon, Humanoid.

Yes I stayed in hostel all along 4 years of my college life and its Wonderful feeling for me to spend with friends in my college and talking about booking of hostel than I would say they use a platform for allotment of hostels which definitely crash at the time of payment and you to wait for the site to reopen every year. Facilities in hostel are average.

Yes the alumni networking in our college is really good. Mr. Nakul sir is the coordinator for Alumini meetup in our college and he is really good in management stuffs.

After giving SRM JEE exam I came to college on 11th of may 2016 and got admitted smoothly in Adhiyaman hostel. Firstly we have to provide every documents for verification process and they will issue us an ID card and than we will move to our hostel to begin our journey.
