Remarks

I already had mentioned much bad remarks about college and management.

Course Curriculum Overview

1

It was toughest time of my career where time and cost of education and learning were major challenges. Altogether, in eight semesters we had around d Fifty subjects to study exclusive of tests, practicals, viva, projects and intern in industry.

Placement Experience

1

No. Not good placement. Rather I would say almost worst placement. Internship, we have done in corporate by our own.

College Events

1

Annual day, Sports day Rest other events were not organised and whatever was organised those were by collecting funds from students. So students from middle or poor class families were trying to avoid any such events. They lost hope and intrest in any such participation.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was quite expensive as compare to the Amenities we were getting from the college and management. There were two types of fee structures one was free seat and other was paid seat. Free seats were for local residents and paid seats were outside the state residents.

Fees and Financial Aid

No. I wasn't opted either any scholarship or education loan. Eligibility criteria wasn't explained properly that time.

Campus Life

1

Gender ratio female to male was one is to eight. Campus life was dull no sports no entertainments only assignments or protests against management to avail our rights. So in this was management ruined the life of around half of the students. College and faculty was not meeting the quality standards as per education board.

Hostel Facilities

1

No, it was very expensive. Also, the rooms were not good and heigenic that time. College hostels must work on no loss and no profit or reasonable / minimum profit principle but the scenario was opposite as management were charging huge amount that time.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, fewer senior students were helpful as they faced lot of troubles in achieving small small academic goals during the tenure.

Admission

I have done the preparation for an entrance exam by taking extra coaching from privately manged institutions. I have faced an entrance exam and because of huge competition and negative marking I didn't score good enough. After clearance of an entrance exam I got admission in college in June 2002 and after 4 years in June 2006 I graduated in engineering.

Faculty

1

Being an average institution, faculty wasn't educated enough. Also, the college was newly launched by the management. Also, building structure wasn't sufficient to handle the available student count. We had multiple number of college strikes for the same. Due to which we had poor academic results consequently.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (4th year). Few companies visit VBSPU for placements, and most are mass recruiters offering IT support and sales-related roles. Since placement opportunities are limited, only a small percentage of students secure on-campus jobs. Average Package: ~ 3-3.5 LPA Many students rely on off-campus placements through LinkedIn, referral hiring, or applying directly to companies. Many students prepare for government jobs like GATE, SSC, or banking exams. My plans after BTech Freelancing & personal projects to improve skills and build a strong portfolio.
