Remarks

One and only college in Rajasthan dedicated to the welfare of fisheries education in Rajasthan The main aim to establish this college for the government is to make the trained manpower in the field of fisheries in the state.

Course Curriculum Overview

Fisheries is an interesting subject and very new for the denizens of the state in the future this field will generate enormous employment and a barren state like Rajasthan has the presence of large dams and reservoirs in which fisheries activities are undertaken from long lime as the annual average catch of state is also higher than that of national average catch. The faculty and student ratio is very low but we think in the future the shortage will be over.

Internships Opportunities

The internship is provided at the various national-level fisheries institute for the overall development of the students. They provide internships at aquarium galleries also for the all-around development of students.

Placement Experience

In the final semester, students are able to selection among the placement. The starting average annual package for fresher is 4 lakhs and is always based on the experience of the student. Planning for entrepreneurship in the field of fisheries and trying to establish a genuine fisheries-related technology for the state in this field.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual Fee is 10000 /year Recently placement cell is also established and I hope in the future young entrepreneur from this college are hiring fresher's directly from the college.

Campus Life

In April the annual festival is organized. Recently the college has no ground facility but students prefer to go to the university grounds for daily practices There are so many groups in college based on religion, area, etc. But behind all one group named KISAN STUDENT UNION {KSU} is based or settled up by intelligent students and they are ready to help each and every person without any suspicion.

Admission

Every year entrance exam for admission to state agriculture universities known Joint Entrance Test was conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Aquaculture - the best course in fisheries science it means the culture of aquatic organisms and aquatic plants. Aquaculture is my favorite subject The aquaculture area is spread all over Asia India ranks 2nd in aquaculture production, but still, it needs to be separated. It can be developed further, For this, there is a need to create more freshwater hatcheries, ponds, and reservoirs. Guiding farmers to improve the area, imparting their knowledge of new technology, providing financial support, and motivating students for aquaculture.

Personally I chose the college on my priority! The admission process is quite simple, you need to appear in JET exams and ICAR and then you if clear the cut off , just pay the counseling fee which is almost 5000 rs !
