KGF FGC from Golden Valley

College is run by a family & politically backed trust. Need to improve the standards with the current education system which they are trying to do so. but otherwise nothing much to say about management.

Entrance Exam - CET, those days none were available to take care. Moreover i was in life sciences scheme, never had a chance to take part in any of the above mentioned entrance exams except for CET.

Chemistry - Awesome staff. Botany - The best teaching a student can have during his college days. Zoology - The best staff in the world, no one can be better than the teachers we had during our time.

None, there's no concept for internship in India those days and hence didnt had any experience as such and the question of stipend doesnt arise. However there was scholarship provided from Government for SC/ST and children of ex-servicemen.

We didnt had that option there, however now lot of companies go for campus interview, the details in detail can be obtained from the college prinicipal or coordinator

College day, cultural day, medical camps, NCC camps, NSS campsFree medical checkups conducted by Rotary or Rotract clubs. Debate, quiz, painting, veg carving, skits and many more were celebrated

very feasible and the least expensive college. Could be about Rs 10,000/year, when we were students it used to be just Rs 450/year and about Rs 400/exam fees. other than that there were no charges for anything. Since this being govt aided college the fees are very economical

Nothing much to be boasted about scholarship or loan! nothing given from colleges in India, its the rare of the rarest. only govt scholarship given to SC/ST students and for children of ex-servicement from defence govt

Sports - Cricket, football, volley ball, basket ball, indoor games, athletics, table tennis, badminton all are available, they have a seperate sports department to take care of the needs.Apart from that, regular debate competitions are held in all regional languages such as kannada, telugu, tamil, hindi apart form English.

No Hostels, this being a non residential college.rooms are available for rent in KGF town, Bharath nagar, Bangarpet etc starting from Rs 500 onwards

We conduct regular blood donation camps, health check-ups, get together with past students and teachers, motivate the current students studying in this college etc.,

As students it will definitely be a hectic day and not something to chill out. we were still in the days of using clark's book for calculations as the calculators were not allowed inside the exam hall.
