Remarks

The college management is good. We have a canteen, garden, auditorium basketball court, stationary etc. In total, a student can have good experience with this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course which I took was BSc(MSCs), the subjects where quite interesting if you like statistics subject.I have submitted a paper on BMI at a national conference. With the help of my lectures, I was able to submit the paper. Every year we were taken to industrial visit, national conference. We have participated in intercollegiate competitions

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement in our college was good but most of the companies would prefer to BCom candidates. For science students, the companies were few. Companies like Amazon, Google, Cognizant, Accenture etc visited our college. Most of the final years were placed in the campus placement.

College Events

5

In the college, fresher's, farewell and Ann Festa (three days fest celebrated during Christmas time) are celebrated every year. We celebrate department technical festivals and national and international special days. A religious festival like bathukamma, Holi etc is celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. We can pay the fee through cash or cheque. As the college is autonomous, for every semester we have an exam fee and separate backlog fee. The college won't encourage any recommendations and won't accept the extra fee to secure the seat.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have applied for the scholarship but the government made changes that the student has to apply through 'dost' and my college didn't have permission for science students to apply through dost and only BCom general students have the chance to apply for the scholarship.

Campus Life

5

It's a women college. our college girls are good at sports and the college has a record of an overall championship every year. So many students are multi talented and few became popular with their acting skills. There was no discrimination among the students based on economic status, religion etc. All the students were friendly and good.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I was a day scholar student and the college doesn't have a hostel. The students have stayed in private hostels as so many hostels are available around the college. The average rental might be 3,500per month as my friend used to stay in the private hostel near the college and the hostel food and accommodation were not bad.

Alumni/Alumna

Every year we have alumni meet in the month of August. The College invites the students for alumni to meet through email. In the alumni meet they collect the information of each ex-student regarding there studies and any achievements. They post the invitation on our college website.

Admission

St.anns is one of the best colleges in Hyderabad city. The teaching is very good and lecturers make us think out of the box and the college has many clubs related to anti ragging, cultural activities and department clubs. The admission process beings in the month of May and we have to take admission form from the college and fill and submit.

Faculty

5

As I took BSc(MSCs), statistics was the main subject and we had two lectures for statistics and for maths and computer science every year mams use to change. lecturers are very good with good subject knowledge and help us stand the concepts in a better way. Some lectures are holding PhD and some are doing their PhD.

Odd sems are kinda better will have time for enough preparation and even sems have less time just for 3months. And papers are good enough and will gain better knowledge. College curriculum and teaching methods are too good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This curriculum completely deals with forest related aspects and forest management influenced me alot in choosing this course Well curriculum sadly doesn't prepare us for real world because there applying this subject everywhere is not possible and further pursuit can only be done if the candidate choose only civils or icar for pg entrance There are few suggestions from my side to improve the course curriculum and teaching methods Curriculum should focus not only on courses but also mental health, personality development, campus placement. Exams are very frequent which is unnecessary
