Institute of Management Studies (IMS),DAVV is one of the best colleges in Central India for post graduation. It is over 50 years old. Many students prefer this college due to: 1. Excellent ROI 2. Affordable Fees strecture 3. College coming directly under the DAVV university best university of Madhya Pradesh. 4. Goverment aided college 5. Experienced faculty

The curriculum at are college is a balance of Theorical and practical learning. We have a couple of guest lectures and events organised in a month. In our curriculum one out of our three assesments are practicals or projects which gives us a practical exposure and also help in facing job interviews.

Placements at are colleges are pretty well but major companies that come to our college are for marketing. In my course i.e. Financial administration the company’s that come for Internship are less as compared to that for M.B.A Full time students. But due to COVID-19 many students lost their internship or either the internship got cancelled.

There is some or the other event or festival celebrated in the college around the corner. Feasible Fees strecture for our program FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION is EVEN semester Girls: 32222 Boys: 32722 ODD Semester Girls: 33111 Boys: 33411 However the fees strecture differs for reserved categories as well as programs. A slight difference of 500-1000 for each program.

No i have not applied for any scholoarship or loan. The fees is completely self financed by my parents.

College life at DAVV is pretty good. Although you can not expect a very good crowd. There is girls quota at the time of admission Tentatively the girls boys ratio would be 60:40. However in my batch girls to boys ratio is 65:35 due to the merit based admission.

The alumni at our college are at good position in their corporate ladder. The alumni as well as seniors are quite helpful with their guidance.

YES i have got the admission in my College through Merit. Although the admission procedure at DAVV is through entrance exam but due to the technical glitch many students were not able to appear in the exam as a result the admission took place through Merit of previous degree or examination. My intrest from the very begining lyied in Finance this is the reason I went for B.com Hons in my graduation thats why took financial Administration as my specialisation in Post graduation.

Our college being a government aided institute have a couple of faculties who have emmense experience in the industry but also on the other hand there are some faculties are more into just rushing over to complete the syllabus and more marks driven. Although all the faculties are post graduate degree holders. Some are also either done with Phd or undergoing with their Phds.
