One good thing of this college can be considered placements. As it comes under Sinhgad institutes, there are centralized placements, no matter which Sinhgad college you come from, you will be considered a candidate for placement for whichever company that arrives. The companies that visit are mostly IT based or management based. The average package provided is around 3 to 4 lpa. The companies eligibility criteria should be matched to be able sit for placements. The eligibility generally includes no gap in education and average of 6.5 aggregate cgpa (different companies have different criteria). There is no alumni networks or any entrepreneurial cell. Although a start up cell has just stared last year. Students that are hardworking and overall good in academics can get placed in genuinely good companies and get much higher packages. Some companies even offer to work abroad. But the student must be worthy of that in terms of skill and intellect. Overall, if you are willing to work hard, no matter what your college is, you can get an awesome placement.
