Persuasion of a Dream

The College campus is located at the entrance of the city, in a developing area, and is the vastly recognized college to study Clinical and Non-Clinical Courses with an attached top-class private hospital. Health Insurance is given to the students until the completion of the course. It is a Green Campus, where each and everything is Eco friendly. The whole campus is Air-conditioned with Wi-Fi enabled for the students. Counseling is held every year inside the campus where a clear Demonstration is given of the courses available by the experts. The admission process is either by an Entrance Exam or a personal interview conducted by the Head of the Department. MAT exam is another way of the selection process. When a candidate is selected a Post and an Email containing a Conformation letter attached with fee details is sent. Payments of fees are clean and open. It's a Globally recognized University. The campus is very peaceful and an Anti Ragging Helpline is set up for the students.

Healthcare is now a leading Industry with developing technology and a never declining field. Serving people and making things easier for them, especially in the Medical field is Humane. The faculties have true knowledge and vast experience in the field of Hospital environment and teaching. The roles and responsibilities are given according to their qualifications. Teaching methods are Flipped classrooms, E-learning, Chalk and Talks, Projection Learning, Field Visits, etc. It is a semester-based course of 2 Terms per year conducted according to the norms of UGC.

From the beginning of the final semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. No. of offers is made according to the percentage of students opting for Campus placements in their portals. Top healthcare companies like Apollo Hospitals, Lifeline Groups, Camomile healthcare, Britannia, P&G, Pfizer, Mankind, etc. Almost 100% of placements are made based on the vacancies of posts. My plans are to do higher Studies and Research on healthcare opportunities and developments.

The fee structure is designed by the type of course, Duration, and facilities provided to students. Scholarships are very much welcomed to the meritorious students who are financially poor. The University has a placement cell. A link is generated for every student and is asked to opt for career options, whether the student would link to do the job or further needs to study. If the student opts for Job, then this placement cell helps them out in finding them a job. Hackon is conducted during the early summer every year and it is a National fest for the development of Healthcare Professionals. A library containing 60,000 Volumes of books, 395 National and International Journals, and 430 Electronic Resources with a seating capacity of 250 students. Classrooms are Air-conditioned, Projector enabled with Wi-Fi access, and individual seats for the students with a pleasant atmosphere. There is a separate department for the development of sports and it is encouraged very well. Extracurricular activities link event management, Intercollege events, awareness programs Marathons, etc. are held often. Debate, Music, Dance clubs are available to all the students.

A personal interview session was held before the selection process by the Head of the Department. As it is Healthcare Administration course, questions came up based on the Indian government, Economy of the country, Leading Private Healthcare Organizations, General Knowledge on Hospitals, Communication skills. Everything was basic questions that we come across on the internet, in newspapers, and books.
