Remarks

Choosing this college because parental pressure. Choosing the course which I studied was out of expectation of a good outcome but in this college they do not meet current industry standards. All the courses are outdated here. And no practical studying. All are by rote

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Course is not updated at all. It needs a lot of modifications n experienced staffs. We were not provided any industrial experience because they donot give any kinds of industrial visits in an all women college out of fear of safety of the students.

Placement Experience

2

Most of the companies visiting the engineering branch are BPOs of various conpanies like Amazon, KGISL etc. Placement department does its best to place all good students into jobs and some raise the college's job placement ratio. Alumni networking is good in terms of job referals. Entrepreneur cell is good.

College Events

3.5

Campus life was okay. Cultural festivals like Onam, Pongal and Ayya's Birth and Death days r done along with Art fests. I have participated in some events n won too. Had some more fests during the 3rd and final year of college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Good loans are available through Indian Bank which functions inside the college. Donot have much clue about it because I haven't availed any loans. But the front office can be of help for availing loans.

Campus Life

1.5

Engineering branch of ADU-Infrastructure is bad too. Hostels are the worst. No proper infrastructure in d hostels for drainage and cleanliness. Libraries are good. No proper wifi connection. Sports facilities are also not proper.

Hostel Facilities

1

Engineering branch hostels are the worst. 1st years sharing is with 5 other members with common bathrooms which is not at all clean. Can find variety of insects all around d bathrooms and no hot water facility. Availing hostel facility is easy but hostel mess serves worst food with too much fees.

Placement Experience:

In my college, on campus placement opportunitiesd for core biotechnology and life science fields were quite limited, While there were placement drives conducted during the final year, the majority of companies that visited were from IT, customer support, and non-core sectors, which weren't directly relevant to the field of biotechnology.
