Student's Review On Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University - [RMLNLU], Lucknow

It is one of the top Law schools in the country. It has a beautiful campus and a lively student culture. It has a world class library which also provides opportunities for students to go for higher studies and competitive exams such as judiciary and upsc. It has a vibrant placement structure as well.

Curriculum is in line with the other law schools and has been recently updated in line with changing contours of law. Moot courts are regularly conducted to give students an exposure over the real court process. Faculties are mixed. Some are really good such as Vikas Bhati sir. He teaches intellectual property rights.

I interned with Bathia and co in Bhopal. I wasn’t paid any stipend but it provided me lot of experience. The internship and placement committee of our college however helps in arranging internships for students.

Many law firms have recruited from the college such as 3 students were placed with amarchand and mangaldas, a top law firm with package averaging 12 lakhs.Overall approx 50 students were placed. A lot of bachmates have become judges and others are litigating in the courts and are always available for help on the college page ,student activity centre over Facebook.

College holds a lot of extra curricular activities such as moot court competition ons, cultural fests, sports fests etc. prominent among them are SCC moot court competition which is attended by all the laws schools in the country.

Campus infrastructure is one of the best among all the schools in the country. There is beautiful volleyball, basket ball courts, gym, swimming pool and hostels are equally good. There is lot of greenery on the campus to make you connected to the nature.

Hostel room are twin sharing till 4th year for girls however you can get a single room if you have any special issues. While single rooms are provided to everyone in 5th year. The hostels rooms are very good and spacious. It has 1 bed, 1 chair and table and an almirah. Hostels are compulsory and arr provided to everyone. There is no shortage.
