Student's Review On Vellore Institute Of Technology - [VIT], Chennai

Because VIT UNIVERSITY is the tip college in India as in private sector it ranks under top 10in India so I opted b.tech in VIT Chennai and I like the grading system and One thing special about VIT is choosing your own Course and faculty and timetable by yourself.

Everything will be online even the syllabus and notes are uploaded by faculty in private VIT website called VIT Moodle and every thing will be updated through FFCS website and faculties were very good guiding their students.

Around 200 companies will visit around a year to VIT with various package and a training session will be given at start and PAT named course will take care of everything and there will be only inline registration.

There will be two technical big events for a year named as technovit and vibrance.though students will be from all over India ecah state culture festival are Benn celebrated by respective clubs organised by university they are huge fest's by the way.

About scholarship I actually know that by your vitee rank that means if you are under 10000 you will get 50000 per year as scholarship and if your are under 20000 you will get 25000 per year as scholarship.

Talking about infrastructure every students can any type of sport equipment will be provided by university and same for the indoor games. For each block their is a separate GYM and also a private Gym. It is WiFi enabled campus and for each student WiFi limit will be 50gb per month. Ithink bit has best library.

Yes I opted for hostel and I think it is the best hostel I have ever been so,we are allowed choose our room style like 2bed,3 bed,4bed,ac,non-ac etc and we are allowed to choose our room mates and coming to mess there are three types namly north south special which is best by the way.
