Remarks

The syllabus was appropriate but executing them in a semester was a challenge which both college and board could not plan well.

Entrance Preview

GATE - I did not qualify the examination I could not join any institution but now planning to join a course for the GATE examination

Internships Opportunities

We did not have any such internship program Since there was not intership so we do not have any stipend too. My dad was in BEL so i got an opportunity to do my project work there

Placement Experience

Infosys, Quinnox and L&T We had to attend the campus interview in other college. It is known as Pool campus. Infosys 3.25 lakh/annum, Quinnox 2.8 Lakh/annum, L&t - 2.8 lakh/anum.

College Events

College sports events at HMT stadium. College fest out of 4 years we had it for 2 year. Nothing as such management festivals. It used to be celebrated well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We have Quota system in Bangalore so if you clear CET it is quiet affordable however in my college the admission charge was quiet higher as compared to others.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got a scholarship as my Dad was working in Air force. Other than that no as such by college. Govt scholarships were also given to the people with respect to their castes

Campus Life

We hardly had all these. only in final year we were given placement training that too for a day. Gender ratio was 60:40 where 60 used to be boys and 40 girls.We had created our own ISE club to perform extra curricular activities like having aptitude test. Code Jam

Hostel Facilities

I did not stay in hostel but have heard from host elites that the food is not good and hygienic. Apart from that bathrooms were also not maintained properly.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Only few used to get placed via college. others were placed by taking some other extra courses or doing internship. Other than this no one as such of alumni kind.

Exam Structure

We had 3 internals and one main semesters for 1 semester. in internals best of 2 used to be considered. Labs twice a week we used to have and examination too used to be conducted as other exams

Faculty

Few were dedicated teaching us and giving the notes but concepts were not addressed well. We had good lab sessions too. Lectures used to be of 40 mins

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

a good college with good atmosphere and placements

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.
