Remarks

It is the best private college of odisha with a great reputation and record too. I chose it because its in the place to which I am habituated. I would have got admission in any government college but I preferred this because I felt that if any issues are there,giving a complaint will work.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course seems to be well equipped with the latest designs. Since I am in the first year, I don't know about the industrial exposure but yes surely the summer course includes physical and direct interaction with industrial experts. The faculties(of course not all) are friendly and quite helpful too.

Internships Opportunities

I am currently doing an internship in collegedunia itself. The rewards are varying currently on weekly basis and also depends on the points scored and milestone achieved.

Placement Experience

The college is having a record of getting nice placements. Students are placed in Many companies such as TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Mindtree, Amazon and many more with the highest package of 7.8 lakhs. Some were also selected for an internship in Amazon too. The college provides required trainings too for placements and interviews.

Till now, it has been an average experience since we don't get much free time in the first year. The cultural fests, cultural nights, dandiya nights, etc had been quite enjoyable. The fests were the best I would say which included different games, sports, competitions and what not.

Fees and Financial Aid

It provides an option for a student loan which the students can avail of if their annual income is less than six lakhs or so. But the college takes additional charges for many events. The details can be received from the reception.

Campus Life

It has got a library with 200+ seating capacity with all the recent books. If some book is not available, we can write it to the authorities and they will add them too. It has got sufficient well equipped computer labs, chemistry labs, physics labs, electrical labs, etc. But yes some instruments of the electrical labs don't work properly. The cafeteria has got fresh food supplies. Regarding sports, we have got a basketball court, football ground, cricket facilities, volleyball court and many more. Many indoor sports are also supported here. We also have got a gym in our campus for the hostelites to stay fit.

Hostel Facilities

I am a locality and hence not much acquainted with the hostel facilities. But there are two 4 storeyed boys hostels and one 5 storeyed girls hostel. They share a common mess, but separate veg and non veg mess are there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

Extra curricular activities are into multiple options.

Bad condition of the washrooms ,not cleaned.

The curriculum includes the real projects which help learn more practically. It would had been better to have more site and industrial visits and export sessions to learn better.The exams are not so difficulty to score.

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

The pedagogy is excellent since majorly learning is through real-world case studies, reserach papers, peer discussions and interactive class activities. The professors provide materials and pre-reads at the starting of the term and the content is highly focussed on practical learning. The AI sessions are enriching. The difficulty level of exams vary among the instructors but usually is aligned with topics already taught.

there are smart class rooms and good faculty for my course and various extracurricular activities are available for students
you can compete many state and national level competitions such as essay writings, creative writings, debate, poster making, etc.
the management of the university is really commendable. various departments and cells have been established to help students in their academic life such as; placement cells, incubation and innovation centers for young entrepreneurs

Dislikes

students who are engaged in political activities often exercise their dominance over other students
sanitation could be better with the mutual efforts of both the students and the college management
though is a placement cell present, i haven't seen many numbers of students getting employed through the university placement cell

The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

I choose this college as its academic studies is really good. Rules and curriculum are really strict here, There are strict rules against raging,No one dares to do so,And unlike other near by colleges like KIIT or ITER the placement is not that good but the quality of knowledge is great. Here u ll have to struggle to secure marks not just u get the questions. Here the fees are also less as compared to other big universities but yes the infrastructure is not that high-tech. We had 4 branches till 2019 and in the upcoming years we r going to have 7 of them all are IT and electrical related branches. Comming to the demerits there is very less but one of the major is that any issues or incontinence if caused (like money mater,results, rechecking of answersheet) are not solved properly its like the authority simply ignores it. And some rules and regulations are made up like that that the student will not get benefited.
