Remarks

Because it's best and it's in South. Heard from my friends and saw good reviews. And biotechnology being a growing feild South is the place from where I could have got many opportunities. Therefore went for this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Par to the current UGC curriculum. With very much attentive and serious about research which is actually need in this particular course. Normally compared to other places the facilities and the push towards research was more in this particular University and rather this department.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am a part of Teach for India now. I will be starting as a fellow. It's really an awesome place to work in. I thank SRM for the introduction. I am truly grateful to them.

College Events

Aarush the national level technical fest and Milan is the the national level Cultural Fest. Both had it's own vibes. They bring awesome personalities as guest in this. Includes lots of activities, shows and even movie premiers. So on one word A class. And a lots of other colleges visit during this time only to enjoy and participate. Because the prizes are huge.

300+ acre campus, high tech lab equipments, Multistoried library Along with this hostels are fine. Have their own aerospace team, robotics club, motosports team. Aviation club. This are all trailer. Just visit the campus to get to know more.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

SRMIST is superb in all sense!!

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
