Remarks

Because i got the branch and department which i wanted to have. And srm is a brand. Placement are quiet okay over here. Got reviews from many senior about thia University which made me to think of coming to srm that why is choose srm.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our courses was quiet updated. We r not yet provide enough industrial exposure. Faculties were helping whenever we need their advice. Thry used to guide us. Mrs. Jeyalakshmi was good faculty we had.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 3000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement and jobs opportunities are in basis of students capability. How they come up with the things. Almost every students get the placement except those who have back log in their subjects. The minimum package are of 500000 and the average package is 1400000. And one person from college gets 4000000 package.

College Events

We have lots of events and extra curricular activities in our college. We have fest aarush which science and technology fest another fest we have is milan which is a cultural fest. And in between we keep coming up wid some more activities to indulge ourselves.

Fees and Financial Aid

No there is no such scholarship in our college. There is srmjee rank through which they decide scholarships. They decide a particular rank if u have scored below then u get a scholarship. And those who haven't they have to pay more for it.

Campus Life

It quiet good. The centeral library is a heart of our campus. Our campus has been beautifully designed. Our auditorium is the second largest auditorium in asia. We have temple and hospital too in our campus.

Hostel Facilities

Our hostel is good. We have 3 sharing rooms with an attached washroom. They have provided us bed, study table, cupboard, chair. Keeping everything in mind they have designed our room. The mess food is also fine as compare to mine other hostel where i have lived.

Hostel Fee: INR 150000 per year

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

SRMIST is superb in all sense!!

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG. Entrance is their for SRM University and one has to clear that to get admission here.
