Remarks

My first priority to choose was CSE but cse didn't have vfx and animation as an extra course that we take in third year. Vfx and animation is the field I wanted to persue coordinating my Btech in ECE.

Every faculty in this institution is good and very chill when it comes to studies. Lab assistants are the interns who are very polite and easy going at the time of lab practicals. Library is inaidethe UB BLOCK itself and is very useful

Placement Experience

Every big company visits the campus. The campus placement cell is very good which offers you the appropriate jobs with various big companies like AMAZON. Mass recruiting companies like vipro also offers good packages for students here.

Campus life is great. Techno cultural fest AARUUSH held in SRMIST is one of the biggest college event in INDIA. Each and every festival is celebrated enormously here, every culture is enjoyed and positively taken in this college.

Sports facilities are great here including tennis court grounds and badminton court in front of every hostel. Wifi is installed in each floor in every hostel and classrooms. Library is 3 floored in which every floor is divided into each section of books interest

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

SRMIST is superb in all sense!!

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
